    • PURPOSE:To enable detection of a low to high speed with prescribed precision by counting a pulse signal from an encoder to a set value so set as to correspond to the speed of rotation and by counting a pulse of a prescribed period during a time from the start of the count of the signal to the end thereof. CONSTITUTION:Counting is made decrementally from a set value set as a time constant in a variable counter 5, while a clock pulse CK is counted by a speed counter 6. When the decremental counting is ended, CPU 7 calculates the precision in measurement of a detected speed from a count value of the counter 6 and determines whether or not the precision is within a sphere of set precision. When it is not within the sphere of the set precision, the CPU 7 calculates a new set value by a prescribed operation so as to put it in the sphere and changes and set afresh the set value of the counter 5. Thereby a term of counting of the counter 6 can be made long when the speed of rotation of a servo motor 2 turns higher, and the same term of counting can be changed and set to be short when the speed turns lower. Therefore the speed of rotation of the motor 2 can be detected with high precision throughout a wide range from the low to high speed. Since all operations are made by digital processings, besides, the speed of rotation can be calculated accurately.

    • PURPOSE:To make control for synchronizing motions unnecessary, simplify the control and permit high-speed operation by realizing a reciprocating motion mechanism and a swinging motion mechanism by one set of motor. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 1 is turned, a spline nut 15, connected directly to a link 13, is swung by a swinging motion mechanism consisting of a 4-linkage link mechanism 14 constituted of a disc 9, a link 11 and another link 13. At the same time, a spindle 16 is moved reciprocally along grooves indented in spline nuts 15, 29 by a reciprocating motion mechanism consisting of a slider crank mechanism 28 constituted of another disc 21, the other link 23, a block 25, a table 26 and a guide 27. A nozzle 30, attached to the tip end of the spindle 16, effects a motion describing a long circular locus in a stator 33 by the synchronized swinging motion and reciprocating motion of the spindle 16.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a dialing call function in voice by recognizing a voice data this time stored temporarily after automatic calling to the opposite telephone terminal set of a telephone number corresponding to an input voice without a call inhibiting instruction and using a feature data being the result of recognition and updating the feature data of the preceding same telephone number. CONSTITUTION:After automatic calling to the opposite telephone terminal set of a telephone number corresponding to an input voice without call inhibiting instruction, the voice data this time stored in a temporary storage means 9, that is, the data is reproduced by a voice recording and reproduction means 3, the reproduced voice is recognized by a voice recognition means 5, the feature data of the result of recognition is used to update the characteristic data of the preceding same telephone number. Thus, so long as the terminal equipment of the registered telephone number in advance is called with the certain frequency, the feature of the registered voice and the feature of the present voice are not largely changed. Thus, there is no room of causing the misrecognition of the voice recognition means 5 attended with a secular change. Thus, the reliability of the calling function due to voice is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively use the storage capacity of a storage means where analyzed voice data is stored by controlling a radio telephony equipment so that the voice recording operation in a voice analyzing/synthesizing means is started simultaneously with detection of the voice input from a voice input means by a voice recognizing means. CONSTITUTION:A report tone to inform of the voice register mode is reported, and a voice to be registered is inputted from a microphone 15 by the key input. Features of the voice are extracted in a voice recognizing LSI 18, and the voice is recorded in a voice recording and reproducing LSI 20. Since input of the voice is detected and voice recording is started simultaneously with start of extraction of features of the voice in this manner, the voice recording and reproducing LSI 20 is not set to the recording state though the silent state is continued after output of the report tone; and thus, the storage capacity of the voice recording and reproducing LSI 20 is effectively used to increase the number of registered voices in comparison with a conventional number of them.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a moving locus with high accuracy by preventing oscillation from being generated in a servo mechanism even when large speed change is generated by increasing or decreasing change between speed at every section narrower than a separate section at the time of shifting from the separate section to the next separate section with different speed. CONSTITUTION:The amount of travel in the next sampling section is found from a remaining amount of travel and a remaining sampling period by using the speed vc in an interpolating small section and the speed vd in the next interpolating small section. Therefore, the speed designated in each interpolating small section differs remarkably from each other, and speed difference can be reduced sequentially. In such a way, it is possible to prevent the oscillation from being generated in a servo motor by eliminating the difference in the amount of travel supplied to the servo mechanism.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of an oscillation circuit part without turning the oscillation circuit part into an operation stopping state by detecting that a power source voltage comes lower than a previously set value, and reducing the power consumption of the oscillation circuit to be driven by the power source voltage. CONSTITUTION:In a case that the voltage Vcc of a source voltage line 1 falls lower, when the voltage Vcc comes lower than the previously set value, a power source voltage detecting part 5 supplies a signal showing the purport to a power source voltage control part 2 and a central processing unit (CPU) 4a in a logic circuit part 4 respectively. When the power source voltage control part 2 inputs the signal, it makes the voltage Vcc having been impressed to the oscillation circuit part 3 and the logic circuit part 4 lower for the purpose of dealing with that the voltage Vcc has comes below the previously set value, and for instance, it supplies the respective voltages of minimum requirements for these circuit parts 3, 4 to carry on their operations, to the respective circuit parts 3, 4. Thus, the power consumption is reduced without stopping the sending of a clock signal from the oscillation circuit part 3.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently detect an open transmission line and a data error by adding an error check code comprising a prescribed bit pattern before and after a transmission data in a transmission equipment, and allowing a receiver to detect an open transmission line based on said error detection code. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter 20 and a receiver 30 are connected by a parallel transmission line 40 and a data is sent from the transmitter 20 to the receiver 30. A bit pattern of data '1' and a bit pattern of a data '0' are consecutive in all bits in, e.g. an error detection code CD so as to make an error check code CDa arranged just before the transmission data DT, the bit pattern whose bits are data '0' and a bit pattern whose bits are all data '1' are made continuous and the code CD is made of an error check code CDb arranged just after the transmission data DT. Thus, if an open line takes place in the transmission line 40, the data '1' does not appear in the error check codes CDa, CDb corresponding to the bit location. Thus, the open transmission line 40 and the data error caused by the open line are detected efficiently.
