    • PURPOSE:To make improvements in workability, safety and profitability by joining a roof finishing material consisting of a film material to the top of a roof frame in a curved-face structure formed with an axial force member low in flexural rigidity, capable of allowing deformation due to external force acting on a roof. CONSTITUTION:An axial force member 3 constituted so as to control a bending movement value consisting of band steel, aluminum, carbon fiber steel (H sectional material and channel sectional material may be used) is installed in space between roof peripheral members 2 in the upper part of a lower frame 1 with proper bending rigidity against slight external force high in frequency, thereby constructing a roof frame. Next, A film material 4 capable of following any deformation in the frame is installed on a frame top surface as a roof finishing material. When external force acts on the roof, the frame is deformed, and the axial force member 3 is resisted against an axial stress being mainly produced by this deformation whereby a member section is made smaller.

    • PURPOSE:To form sheath parts, each of which has a groove with the cross-sectional form of an elastic member, and consequently manufacture a precast concrete member, which is favorable from the view point of structural yield point, by a method wherein bar-like bodies, round the outer peripheral surface of each of which an elastic material is wound, are set at the arrangement positions of reinforcing steel material in a concrete form for manufacturing a precast concrete member and, after that, concrete is placed in the concrete form and finally the bar-like bodies are pulled out under the state that the placed concrete is under un-solidified state. CONSTITUTION:Bar-like bodies 2, each of which has enough strength for not being deflected or bent by the placing pressure of concrete and round each of which an elastic material 3 is spirally wound under tension, are set at sheath parts for inserting the main reinforcing bar of a column in a concrete form 1 for manufacturing a precast concrete member. After the arrangement of necessary reinforcing bars such as hoop reinforcing bars and the like is done, concrete 5 is filled in the concrete form. Just after the centrifugal casting of the concrete, the bar-like bodies 2 are pulled out of the concrete form. As a result, sheath parts, on the inner peripheral surface of each of which a continuous spiral groove with the cross-sectional form of the rope 3, can easily be formed at the predetermined positions of the precast concrete column member.
