摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painted steel plate having excellent end face corrosion resistance and primer paint used therefor. SOLUTION: In the painted steel plate, the surface of a zinc plated steel plate is substrate-treated (treated with zinc phosphate and/or coating type chromate conversion treated), and a primer painted film of 3 to 20g/m containing hydrophilic resin (polyamide, POVAL (polyvinyl alcohol) or polyvinyl alcohol resin) of 0.5 to 20wt.% to the total sum of Cr rustproofing pigment such as strontium chromate and resin component is provided thereon. The plate can be easily manufactured by using the primer paint containing the Cr rustproofing pigment and a predetermined amount of hydrophilic resin.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of defects on a coated face by connecting a plating line with a coating line, coating successively a steel sheet having finished hot dip plating and traveling the steel sheet in the vertical direction in the first half of the cycle heat curing process of the coating line and in the horizontal direction in the second half of the process. CONSTITUTION:A cold-rolled steel band is fed from a payoff roll 1 into a line, passed through a louver 2 and guided into a heat annealing oven 3, and the annealed steel band is guided into a hot dip plating bath 4 and plated. Then the plated steel band is transferred successively to a coating line, and face chromating fluid is applied by a coater 5, and dried in a drying oven 6, and then primer is applied by a coater 7 and a film is thermally cured in a stove 8. Lastly resin is applied by a top coat coater 9, and the film is thermally cured by a stove 10, and at that time the steel band is carried in the vertical direction to control the adhesion of dust, and carried in the horizontal direction in the latter half of the process.

摘要： PURPOSE:To maintain good film properties with respect to hardness, workability and the like and permit adhesiveness and stain resistance to occur side by side by causing the extreme surface of an outermost layer film to contain a melanin resin at a ratio of 70% or less in a coated steel sheet having a paint layer containing a polyester resin and a melanin resin. CONSTITUTION:With respect to the extreme surface of a hardening film comprising a polyester/melanin type paint, adhesiveness of the film is subjected to the influence of a ratio of a melanin resin contained in the extreme surface. When more than a specific ratio of the melanin resin is contained, adhesiveness is insufficient. Futhermore, on the film surface, adhesiveness and stain resistance each are the surface properties of the film. But the thickness of the film concerning the adhesiveness and the stain resistance are different, that is, the adhesiveness is a property of the extreme surface while the stain resistance is a surface property in the layer of the film of a slightly greater thickness. Thus, stain resistance remains unaffected by an attempt to improve the properties of the extreme surface. Accordingly, a coated steel sheet having the outermost layer film comprising a paint of polyester resin and melanin resin is caused to have the extreme surface of the outermost layer film thereof containing the melanin resin at a ratio of 70% or less to make a steel sheet for use in adhesion.
