SOLUTION: Hot water heating means G is provided for supplying hot water at hot water supply target temperature by mixing water with hot water from a hot water storage tank 1 supplied through a hot water supply passage 6. Operation control means C executes an ordinary hot water supply processing for controlling the hot water supply means G such that water is mixed with hot water from the hot water regenerative tank 1 supplied through the hot water supply passage 6 to supply hot water when hot water supplied from the hot water regenerative tank 1 to the hot water supply passage 6 exceeds heating starting temperature defined taking the hot water supply target temperature as a reference. It further executes a mixing hot water supply processing for mixing hot water derived from an upper portion in the hot water regenerative tank 1 with hot water heated in the heating means 4 and supplying it to the hot water supply passage 6 for hot water supply when hot water supplied from the hot water regenerative tank 1 to the hot water supply passage 6 falls within a mixing temperature range between the heating starting temperature and mixing lower limit temperature lower than the former temperature.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase recovered quantity of exhaust heat from a fuel cell. SOLUTION: A circulating pipe 5 is connected to a hot water storage tank 4, a cooling water circulating pipe 8 to supply cooling water is connected to a fuel cell main body 3, and a cooling water exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 9 is provided between the cooling water circulating pipe 8 and the circulating pipe 5.
