    • PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of hazards by changing preliminarily set determination temperatures requentially in the case when the temperature of hot water exceeds a setting temperature, and measuring hot water supply time which exceeds each determination temperature and continues and generating a hazard signal and halting the supply of hot water when the measured time exceeds each reference time. CONSTITUTION: A sequence control means 30 is designed to control a gas proportional valve 24 based on the output of an inlet water temperature sensor 12 and an inlet water quantity sensor 14. When there exists a disagreement between the hot water temperature detected with a hot water sensor 16 and a setting temperature, the temperature of the gas proportional valve 24 is adjusted based on deviations between both values. A hazard detection means 32 changes a plurality of determination temperatures preliminarily set one by one when the temperature of hot water exceeds a setting temperature and measures hot water supply time which continues beyond each determination temperature and generates a hazard signal as well when this measured time exceeds each reference time preliminarily set. A hot water supply stop means 34 closes stops a solenoid valve 26, thereby halting the combustion of a gas burner 20 and ending the supply of hot water.

    • PURPOSE: To stop the operation of hot water supply and hence prevent the generation of hazards if it is assumed that high temperature hot water will be discharged when hot water supply operation is started in the case when a reference temperature predetermined for boiling-prevention is lower than the supply water temperature in terms of a hot water supply device which is combined with a hot water supply heater which uses gas or the like as its heat source and a water heating appliance. CONSTITUTION: This hot water supply device is provided with an outlet hot water temperature arithmetic operation means 42 which calculates the outlet hot water temperature TH- MIN heated with a heat exchanger 12 with a minimum capacity based on an inlet temperature TC and an amount of inlet water QC transmitted from each of detection means 24 and 25 installed to the upstream side of the heat exchanger 12 of a hot water supply heater 2 and also provided with a hot water supply operation ending means 44 which ends the hot water supply operation forcible when the outlet hot water temperature TH- MIN computed with the outlet hot water arithmetic operation means 42 exceeds a reference temperature preliminarily determined.

    • PURPOSE: To ensure the safety by preventing the abnormal rise of a hot water temperature due to that the water level in a bathtub is half-submerged in an automatic bathing system in which reheating of a bathtub water for returning the water to the bathtub after the water of the bathtub is forcibly taken to a circulating passage connected to the bathtub and then returning it to the bathtub is executed. CONSTITUTION: The automatic bathing system comprises a water flow switch 29 for turning ON, OFF in response to the presence or absence of the circulating operation of a bathtub water, a temperature sensor 30 for detecting the temperature of the water introduced to a circulating passage 22, and a controller D for igniting a burner 32 for reheating bathtub water in response to the ON output of the switch 29 when a reheating command is input to fire extinguish the burner 32 in response to the OFF output. The controller D has a second fault treating unit 42 for integrating the lapse time from the time point of igniting the burner 32 to the fire extinguishing time and shifting to a reheating- of-bathtub water temperature control when the integrated value exceeds a predetermined reference value.

    • PURPOSE:To satisfactory keep a combustion state without causing a rapid change in pressure exerted on a combustion apparatus by increasing the number of revolutions of an additional boiling fan stepwise at predetermined time intervals once a hot water supply burner is started to be combusted upon an additional boiling burner being combusted. CONSTITUTION:Once a hot water supply combustion apparatus 2 is started to be combusted upon an additional boiling combustion apparatus 3 being combusted, the number of revolutions of an additional boiling fan 11 is increased stepwise from the number of revolutions of an additional boiling burner 10 upon its single burning to the number of revolutions of the additional burning fan 11 upon the additional boiling burner 10 and a hot water supply burner 5 being simultaneously burned for every time. Therefore, the number of revolutions of the additional boiling fan 11 is not rapidly increased, and hence pressure in the hot water supply combustion apparatus 2 and the additional boiling apparatus 3 is not rapidly changed, whereby the combustion states of the hot water supply combustion apparatus 2 and the additional boiling combustion apparatus 3 are kept satisfactory and any vibration sound is prevented from being produced.

    • PURPOSE:To limit the rise of water level at a predetermined level at the time of replenishing hot water regardless of shape and size of the bath tub by determining the bath tub sectional area and storing it in the memory based on the rate of water level rising when hot water is supplied to the bath tub by a known quantity, and determining the quantity of hot water to be replenished from the stored bath tub sectional area data and the set value of water level rising limit. CONSTITUTION:A known quantity of hot water (q2) is supplied to the bath tub 2 from the hot water supply line 4 while the hot water flow is monitored by a hot water supply quantity sensing means 15A, and the water level rising height (h) upon completing the hot water supply is determined by the water level sensing means 9A. As a result. the bath tub sectional area S=q2/h is determined by the computation control section of the controller 24. and the bath tub sectional area so determined is stored in the memory 26. When the hot water replenishing switch 23 disposed in the control panel 25 is pressed, the bath tub sectional area S and the water level rising limit height DELTAH are read from the memory 26, and the hot water supply quantity is given by SXDELTAH. In this embodiment, the desirable water level rising limit height DELTAh for replenishing hot water is stored in the memory in advance this way, hot water is supplied to the bath tub by a quantity given by SXDELTAH.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a specified amount of hot water of desired depth to be fed into a bath tub without having any relation with a bath adaptor fixing position by a method wherein a cross sectional area of the bath tub is multiplied by a distance up to a set water level to calculate a required total amount of water. CONSTITUTION:An automatic bath device is comprised of a hot water feeding circuit 4 for use in feeding hot water into a bath tub 2, an additional boiling circuit 3 for performing an additional boiling of hot water in the bath tub, an indirect water level sensing means such as a pressure sensor 9 for use in sensing a water level in the bath tub, a flow rate sensing means 15 for sensing an amount of water of hot water supplied into the bath tub and a controlling part. A specified amount of hot water is repetitively fed into the bath tub until an increased amount of water level more than the specified value is attained, a total amount of increased water level at the beginning of dropping and at the end of dropping is detected and a cross sectional area of the bath tub is calculated in response to a total amount of water fed into the bath tub and the increased amount of water level detected. Then, an amount of hot water corresponding to a multiplication between a distance up to a set water level with a bath tub bottom surface of a reference plane stored in advance and the cross sectional area of the bath tub is supplied into the bath tub and then the hot water is supplied to the set water level.
