A metallic cylindrical ring 5 is integrally provided in the inner peripheral part of the kneading ball 1. The ring may be not made of metal as far as it has enough strength and rigidity. Plural rings 5 which are not cylindrical may be integrally formed at spaces in the axial direction. The ring 5 has the axial length substantially equal to the axial length of the inner peripheral part of the kneading ball 1 and is fixed to the kneading ball 1, whereby the inner peripheral part can be prevented from floating from the outer peripheral surface of the bearing member 4 of the inner peripheral part under the load (reaction force) F of the kneading massage load. Accordingly, the kneading ball 1 cannot be detached even with large load.
