摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a thin superconducting film having excellent orientation, high crystallization, large critical current density and excellent superconductivity by forming a thin superconducting composite oxide film in which its crystal axis is oriented on a board made of crystalline glass containing silica as a main ingredient. CONSTITUTION:A thin superconducting composite oxide film of Y1Ba2Cu3O is formed on a crystalline glass board containing silica as a main ingredient by using a target made of Y1Ba2Cu3O ceramics. The board containing the silica as a main ingredient and which has 100-200X10 / deg.C of thermal expansion coefficient at an ambient temperature to 800 deg.C and 50vol.% or more of crystallinity rate in the glass is employed. The formed thin oxide film is 1.5mum thick, and the film having high crystallinity, axis-oriented C-axis to the board and extremely large critical current density is obtained on the board having 50vol.% or more of crystallinity rate.
