    • PURPOSE:To penetrate steel tubular piles without damage by a method in which a supporter for the rear end of an excavator, a hanger for the tip of the excavator, and a fixer to fix the excavator on a lengthwise given position in a steel tubular pile are provided. CONSTITUTION:A supporter 5 is provided connectedly by a top plate 2, a bottom plate 3, and a frame 4 with an excavator 1 hung down into a steel tubular pile P, and a turnable support frame 6 is also provided around the axis X of the central part of the plate 3. A hanging part 17 to direct a bit 10 down wards is provided to the upside of the plate 2 of the supporter 5, and couplers 17a are provided to fix wires 18. Around the supporter 5, wedge-type fixers 20 to fix the supporter 5 to the inside of the pile P and gripper-type fixers 21 to couple gripper 6 to the inside of the pile P by extending a cylinder device 28 are provided and operated to fix the excavator 1 and the supporter 5 to given positions. The pile P is set by one-time process. The pile P can thus be set without damage even into rockbed.

    • PURPOSE:To excavate a small diameter in the hard ground by moving an excavator fitted at the tip of a propelling pipe via an outer tube toward a working face via the rotation of an inner tube and the movement by the inner tube radius by a moving mechanism, and excavating the whole cross section of the working face. CONSTITUTION:The outer tube 2 of an excavator 6 is coupled and fitted to the tip of a propelling pipe 1, the excavator 6 is moved in parallel between tube shafts from the tube wall inner face of an inner tube 4 by the link member 10 of a moving mechanism 5, and the excavator 6 is rotated. The excavator 6 is advanced and retreated along a support guide 9 by a feed hydraulic cylinder 13, it is moved toward the whole cross section of the working face, and the whole cross section of the working face is flatly excavated. The holding angle of the excavator 6 is changed by a holding angle cylinder 12, and the working face in the outer peripheral direction of the outer tube 2 is excavated. The hard ground or a base rock with an extremely small cross section is easily excavated, a device is miniaturized, and it can be simply fitted or removed.

    • PURPOSE:To absorb the vibration in the oblique direction, not only in one direction, by installing a damping member having an elliptical plane shape so that the direction of the longer axis coincides with the main wave motion direction of the liquid. CONSTITUTION:When a structure 1 is oscillate in the horizontal direction, e.g. A-B direction also a tank 3 oscillates in the A-B direction, and a liquid 7 oscillates in the A-B direction, and the vibration energy generated on the structure 1 is absorbed, and the wave motion of the liquid 7 is attenuated by a damping member 5, and a damping device 2 is applied with the effective damping performance. Further, if the structure 1 vibrates in the E-F direction in a horizontal plane, also the tank 3 vibrates in the E-F direction, and the liquid 7 starts vibration in the E-F direction in synchronization, and since the damping member 5 is formed into elliptical form on the planary form, the liquid 7 flows as shown by the bent arrow along the surface of the damping member 5. Therefore, the damping member 5 develops the damping performance also in the E-F direction which is oblique for the main wave motion direction, i.e., A-B direction, and the damper device 2 is applied with the effective damping performance.

CONSTITUTION:When a structure 1 is oscillated in the A-B (horizontal) direction, the liquid 9 in the first tank of a vibration suppressing device 5 starts oscillation in synchronization with the primary natural vibration of the structure 1. The liquid 11 in the second tank 10 starts oscillation in synchronization with the secondary natural vibration of the structure 1. Further, the liquid 15 in the third tank 13 starts oscillation, in synchronization with the third natural vibration of the structure 1. Then, the vibration energy of the structure 1 is absorbed by the wave motion energy supplied from the the liquid 9, 11. and 15. Further, the wave motion of each liquid 9, 11, 15 is attenuated by the damping member 7b, 10b, 13b in stalled in the tank 7, 10, 13, and the vibration in the A-B direction of the structure 1 is effectively absorbed by the tanks 7, 10, and 13 of the tank collected body 2.
