    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the design of the distribution ratio, to attain stable quality and to reduce the cost by setting the width of a slit to form plural output parts dividedly from a tapered middle part to be wider in a range of not deteriorating the reflecting characteristic when viewed from the input part. CONSTITUTION:A microwave radiated from an input terminal P1 in a power distributer is outputted distributedly to output terminals P2-P5 by a distributing ratio in response to the input impedance of an output part 7. Moreover, the impedance matching between input and output terminals is taken by the tapered middle part 6. Through the constitution above, since the width of the end of the slit 8 at the input terminal side is selected to be as wide as possible in a range where the reflecting characteristic of the input terminal P1 is not deteriorated, that is, 1.5-3.5times the thickness of a dielectric base 2, the mutual effect of the output parts 7 is neglected and the effect of electric field concentration due to fringing at the side face of a strip conductor 3 is obtained similarly by the four output parts 7. Thus, the microwave is distributed equally regardless of the arrangement of the output parts 7 by making the width of the line of all the output parts 7 equal.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a large variable width of a resonance frequency, a large no load Q and to obtain a microwave oscillator with excellent phase noise characteristic by providing a ring resonator made of a superconducting material and having a strip line having a split and a conversion means converting the superconducting material from the superconducting state into the normal conduction state through the application of light or magnetic field to a branch part. CONSTITUTION:The range radiated with light simultaneously by a light source 10 is brought into the normal conduction state in a shape as shown in hatched parts 14a, 14b and a ring resonator 1A with a short resonator length, that is, a high resonance frequency is attained. Then the range radiated with light simultaneously by the light source 10 is brought into the normal conducting state as shown in hatched parts 14c, 14d and the ring oscillator with a long resonator length, that is, a low resonance frequency is obtained. Thus, the light is radiated into the ring resonator 1A to change the resonator length thereby varying the resonance frequency, resulting in increasing the frequency variable range without using plural oscillators and making the size of circuit miniaturized.

And on one side of the flat plane and the bottom plane of the dielectric block 13, the inner conductor coupling means 19 is provided, and the input/output inner conductors 17 and 18 are connected to a part on the middle way of a prescribed inner conductor 16, and furthermore, the electrostatic coupling means 8 to be connected to each of the said inner conductors electrostatically is provided, and the electrostatic coupling means 8 is connected to a connection line 9. In such a way, it is possible to realize the miniaturization and the light weight by reducing the number of components and also, making the attachment of the function of a case on the outer conductor unnecessary.

The conductor film connected to the outer conductor 10 without joints is closely brought into contact with the first grooves provided orthogonally to respective sides of said U-shapes. The conductor film connected to the outer conductor 10 without joints is closely brought into contact with the second grooves.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the thinning and adjustment of a dielectric filter by forming an outer conductor and inner conductor with a conductive film closely brought into contact with the surface of a dielectric block or inside peripheral surfaces of through holes and inserting a conductor bar supported with a cylindrical insulator into prescribed through holes which are not adjacent to each other and connecting inner conductors in the short-circuit end side. CONSTITUTION:Inner conductors 30 are formed with conductor films closely brought into contact with respective inside peripheral surfaces of plural through holes 14 which are provided on one side face of a dielectric block 40 at the intervals of a prescribed length and whose length is about 1/4 wavelength, and the one-side ends of inner conductors are connected to an outer conductor 10 without joints to become short- circuit ends, and the other ends are open ends. Grooves 13 with which a conductor films is closely brought into contact are provided between inner conductors 30 on the surface of the open end side of inner conductors 30 of the dielectric block 30 to easily realize a capacity load. Since the length of the part where inner conductors 30 adjacent to each other are coupled is shorter than a 1/4 wavelength by the effect of grooves 13, resonators 5a-5f adjacent to one another are coupled mainly with a magnetic field. The extent of coupling is adjusted by the intervals of inner conductors 30 and the depth of grooves 13.
