摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned film satisfactory in transparency and adhesiveness with a base material like paper by extruding a low density polyethylene and a low density polyethylene mixed with an adhesion assistant together to quenching and solidification. CONSTITUTION:An objective double-layer polyethylene is obtained through quenching and solidifying a fused resin film obtainable from extruding A) low density polyethylene and B) low density polyethylene mixed with an adhesion assistant like aromatic petroleum resin together. In this case, melt index for the component A is preferable at 0.4-5, mixing ratio of the adhesion assistant at 1-30 weight parts per 100 weight parts of resin, and water below 50 deg.C is preferable for quenching and solidification.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly cut a film without the film being torn obliquely at the time of cutting the film by using a packing film to be easily torn in the transverse direction and by partially providing both ends of a storage carton with the sawtooth-shaped parts of a cutter. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus is composed of a packing film with the ratio (longitudinal/transverse) of a longitudinal film-tearing strength to a transverse one being 1.5 or higher and a carton 2 with cutter for containing the packing film. Further, the sawtooth-shaped parts of the cutter 1 are partially provided in the both end positions of the carton 2. When the end of a film having such tear properties is once fractured by the cutter 1 and thereafter torn in the manner of being lightly twisted by hand without the use of the cutter 1, the film is cut more smoothly and meets with less resistance than a film to be cut over the whole width dimension and no oblique tearing occurs. Also, because the length of the sawtooth part, where there is a possibility of a user being wounded in the hand by mistake, is reduced to a large extent and no sawtooth exists in the central part, where there is a high probability of a consumer holding the storage carton; it is also possible to improve safety.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a porous resin molding excellent in heat resistance, etc., by melt extruding a resin compsn. contg. an ultrahigh-mol.-wt. polyethylene and a plasticizer into film or sheet while simultaneously melt deforming the extrudate, cooling it, and removing the plasticizer from it by extraction. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. contg. an ultrahigh-mol.-wt. polyethylene and a plasticizer (e.g. ceryl alcohol) is melt extruded through a die with a die gap of 2-20mm into film or sheet, which is subjected to melt deformation and cooled in such a manner that it solidifies within 50sec. From the film or sheet is removed the plasticizer by extraction to give a porous resin molding. Thus, the objective porous resin molding excellent in film-shape retention in a high temp. range is obtd. without requiring stretching treatment. The molding is esp. useful for a battery separator.

The multilayered adhesive film and a metal are thermally bonded under pressure to form a metal-resin laminate which is, in turn, formed into a container so that the resin layer of the laminate becomes inside.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain thermal transfer recording sheet having excellent preservative and coating properties of color material layer by cleaning one face of a base film to be coated with a solution containing salt before it is coated with the color material layer. CONSTITUTION:Coating liquid for heat resistant lubricating layer is prepared by dissolving, in adequate solvent, silicone oil, preferaby modified silicone oil alone or the silicone oil in which binder such as cellulose resin and phenoxy resin is mixed. One face of a base film is coated with this coating liquid and dried so as to form a heat resistant lubricating layer. Other face of the base film having the heat resistant lubricating layer formed thereon is previously cleaned with solution containing salt. Sublimating coloring matter and binder resin having excellent heat resistance are dissolved in adequate solvent so as to prepare ink. The face of the base film cleaned previously is coated with the ink, dried, and a thermally transferring color material layer is formed so as to obtain a thermal transfer recording sheet. The obtained thermal transfer recording sheet has excellent preservative and coating properties of the color material layer.
