    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a uniform flow of a heat medium only by locally providing a supply port and a discharge port at arbitrary positions at both ends of a panel by affording an orientation to the flowpath resistance by providing a resistor in the panel to change the flowpath resistance. CONSTITUTION:A panel 1 is formed by disposing a front surface plate 5 and a back surface plate 6 so that these plates vertically oppose to each other at a suitable interval, and rectangular resistor plates 4a are disposed vertically and laterially in a plurality of rows and a plurality of lines. When the heat medium enters through a supply port 2, the heat medium flows to a side (vertical direction) where the flowpath resistance is relatively small. When the heat medium reaches the vertical end of the panel 1, the heat medium flows to a side (lateral direction) where the flowpath resistance is relatively small. When the heat medium reaches the vertical end of the panel 1, the heat medium flows to a side (lateral direction) where the flowpath resistance is large. By repeating these operations, the heat medium uniformly flows within the panel 1 and is discharged out of the discharge port 3.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to obtain the comfortable coolness due to the radiation at a contacting surface with a human body by providing a cooling mat main body which is able to circulate a coolant, a coolant cooling device for cooling the coolant, a storage tank for the coolant and a pump interposed on a circulating channel. CONSTITUTION:A cooling system is composed of a cooling mat main body 1, a pump unit 2, a cooling tower 3 as a coolant cooling device and a circulating channel 4 connecting those components. A water as a coolant is circulated through thosecomponents. The pump unit 2 has a pump 5 and a water storage tank 6 in built-in manner. The cooling mat main body 1 is a flexible mat having a cushion capability. The cooling mat main body 1 is composed so that a wave- shaped monofilament 10 made of plastic and a lateral monofilament 11 are interposed between two sheets 9 which are pasted with a fabric 8 on the inner surface of a plastic sheet 7, also able to circulate a water through the inside thereof. By thestructure described above, a comfortable coolness can be obtained by the cooling at the contacting surface with a human body in laying or sitting attitude and the like.

    • PURPOSE:To improve safety substantially by a method wherein the temperature of a heat exchanger pipe is kept at about 100 deg.C even if the heat exchanger is heated without having any fluid therein and the damage of the heat exchanging pipe is not occurred. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanging pipe 3 is arranged is the discharging cylinder 2 of an ignition unit and at the same time the inlet end 3a of the heat exchanging pipe 3 is taken out at the lower part of the discharging cylinder 2 and further the outlet end 3b of the heat exchanging pipe 3 is taken out from the upper part of the discharging cylinder 2, and a cooling part 4 is arranged at the outlet end part 3b of the heat exchanging pipe 3 at the outside of the discharging cylinder 2. As a result, even if the heat exchanger is ignited without having any fluid, it is possible to keep a temperature of the heat exchanging pipe at about 100 deg.C. Due to this fact, the damage of the heat exchanging pipe is not occurred, its durability is improved and the life of the device is extended. Even if a rubber pipe or coupling is used, the deterioration of the unit caused by overheated steam is not made, the injection of the overheated steam is not carried out and the safety of the unit can be improved.

    • PURPOSE: To permit to hold the fusing condition of the coupling without generating thermal deformation in the coupling and prevent the flow path or the like of the heat exchanging panel from being collapsed by the pressure of a press by a method wherein the coupling is bonded to the heat exchanging panel by thermal fusing through heat press interposing a press jig.
      CONSTITUTION: The inlet port 2 and the outlet port 3 of fluid are provided at the terminal section of the heat exchanging panel 1 so as to be closed mutually and the coupling 4 is attached under pinching the vicinity of the notch 9 of the heat exchanging panel 1 by the coupling 4 so as to cover the inlet port 2 and the outlet port 3, a partitioning section 5 is positioned by fitting a protuberance 6 at the tip end of the partitioning section 5 into a recess 7 and the preparation of heat press is effected by pinching the coupling 4 by pressing plates 14 of the press jig 13 from both surfaces thereof. The section of coupling 4, pinched by the press jig 13, is set into a heat press 16 under this condition, then, is heated and pressed by the heat press 16 from upper and lower sides thereof to bond the peripheral rim of the coupling 4 to the circumference of the notch 9 of the heat exchanging panel 1 by thermal fusing, and the press jig 13 is removed from the coupling 4 after the coupling 4 is cooled.

This vertically moving toilet seat device is used in a living room, a bed room, etc., in the state of restraining a flange at the upper tip of the excreta container 2 to a rail 4 and setting the container 2 to the board 3. In order to use it in this case, after taking the seat 1 holding a handrail 7 in the state of moving up the seat 1 and the board 3, a user lowers the seat 1 and the board 3 to use. After discharging excreta, the seat 1 and the board 3 are moved up and the user stands up holding the handrail 7.

SOLUTION: The left and right handrails 10 for supporting the standing and the sitting arranged for a pair at the upper part of both sides of a toilet seat 1 are constituted of the handrail supporting part for freely movably supporting the handrail 10 and a fixing screw for fixing the handrail 10 at the prescribed moving position. Then, at the time of positioning the handrail 10 at a front part, after moving the handrail 10 forward, the fixing screw is inserted from a screw hole on the rear side of the handrail 10, tightened to the screw hole of the handrail supporting part and fixed. Thus, the handrail 10 is easily held with a hand and the standing and the sitting are easily performed without putting the burdens on the body. Also, at the time of moving the handrail 10 backward, after the fixing screw is tentatively detached and the handrail 10 is moved back, the fixing screw is inserted from the screw hole on the front side of the handrail 10, tightened to the screw hole of the handrail supporting part and fixed.
