摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a construction method for pile foundation for which secure water leakage prevention measure is taken and for pile foundation excellent in work efficiency and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An auger 20 rod is lowered, and a coal ash layer 8, a cohesive soil layer 6, a sand layer 4, and a support layer 2 are dug sequentially by an agitating blade 24. Also cement milk is fed from the lower end of the rod 22 to a digging hole, and the digging soil and cement milk are agitated by the agitating blade 24 so as to build a soil cement column 30. Then the agitating fan of a auger 20 is pulled down to the position of the viscous soil layer 6, and the rod and agitating blade are rotated while cement milk is sprayed from a nozzle into the cohesive soil layer 6 approximately in horizontal direction. The cement milk sprayed at high pressure forms a cement type or soil cement type water sealing film 32 in the cohesive soil layer 6 in approximately horizontal direction. Finally, the rod of the auger 20 is pulled up from the digging hole, and a steel pipe pile 10 is erected into a soil cement column not solidified 30.

Then, the poured material 15 is poured into the drilled hole part 23 through a pouring hole 7 formed at the top edge part of the assembly body 24 and substituted with boring water.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the sticking strength between a charging material and a load resisting body in a base anchor, for example, with a high precision in accordance with actual conditions by applying a considerable binding water pressure to the outside peripheral surface of a test body in a water tank. CONSTITUTION:A test body 1 is set between upper and lower force applying parts 4 and 3, and compressed air is supplied through a nozzle 16 and a considerable binding water pressure is set to drive an electric hydraulic servo actuator, and a shaft compressive load is applied to the upper force applying part 4. This load is transmitted from a load resisting body 1a to the lower force applying part 3 through the sticking force between an outer charging material 1b and the inner load resisting body 1a which constitute a test body 1. Consequently, the shaft compressive load is gradually increased to test the sticking strength of the sticking face as the shearing stress, and slip occurs on the sticking face between the charging material 1b and the load resisting body 1a when it reaches a maximum sticking strength. In this case, since the sticking strength appears as a function proportional to the binding water pressure, this testing equipment is buried in the ground to have such precision that it can be used for estimation of the sticking strength between the charging material and the load resisting body which receive the binding pressure of the base.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily execute works for preparing a permanent ground anchor even there is a restriction in an overhead space, by utilizing flexibility of a sheath and by hanging it down with flexibility and in a curved state. CONSTITUTION:Using a casing pipe 22, a hole 23 is drilled with an earth drilling machine 21 into the ground 20 to a prescribed depth. Then, an anchor assembly 24 is temporarily inserted into the drilled hole 23. After filling the inside of a load bearing member 11 and a sheath 9 with a filling material 15, the anchor assembly 24 is pulled out from the drilled hole 23. After filling the drilled hole 23 with the filling material 15, the anchor assembly 24 is inserted again. Then, with the casing pipe 22 being pulled up in a phase mode, the filling material 15 is further filled under pressure to form a root member in a large diameter at the settling place of the filling material. After giving a prescribed tension to a pulling steel material 10 above the ground, the settlement is made. As the sheath can be hung up in a curved state, work can be executed easily even at a restricted building site.
