摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a decorative laminat ed sheet capable of preventing dislocation of a first resin sheet having a pattern layer and a second resin sheet having an embossing pattern. SOLUTION: The producing device is equipped with an endless belt l+ made of metal and an embossing roll 16 arranged so as to abut on a first roll 21 through the belt 14. In the method for producing the decorative laminated sheet 11 by using the producing device, a first resin sheet 12 is allowed to closely adhere to the endless belt 14 abutting on the first roll 21. A second resin sheet 13, which is melted and pushed out of a die, is introduced between the embossing roll 16 and the belt 14. The second resin sheet 13 is stuck to the first resin sheet 12 and also mold transfer is performed on the second resin sheet 13 through the embossing roll 16. Thereby, the first and second resin sheets 12, 13 are laminated.

Also, the second sheet- shaped thermoplastic resin 26 may be brought in contact with the second roll 13 to be overlapped and laminated on the first sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 25 resting on the belt 18. A resulting laminated sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 29 is subjected to thermoforming to provide a thermoformed product.

Raw starch or a sol. starch pref. having an average particle size of 5-20mum may be used, and 10-20g of it is suspended in 1lambda of water and/or an alcohol. The suspension is atomized at normal temp. and applied with a spray nozzle, etc. A suitable sheet or film is or made from polypropylene, etc., and having a density of 0.9g/cm or higher, a thickness of 10-1,000mum, a smoothness of 1s or lower, a surface gloss of 120 or higher, and a total haze of 10% of lower.
