SOLUTION: A guide pig 3 having a polishing agent 3a applied thereto is introduced into an existing pipeline 1 from the opening part 1a provided to one end thereof and a cleaning agent C for cleaning the interior of the pipeline 1 and a necessary amt. of an adhesive 5 applied to the inner wall surface of the pipeline 1 are successively positioned behind the guide pig 3 to be introduced into the pipeline 1 in a plug state and the leading end part of a lining tube 6 fixed to the opening part 1a provided to one end of the pipeline 1 is fixed behind the plug-shaped adhesive 5 in a reversively intoruducing state and a suction device 9 is arranged to the other opening part 1b of the pipeline 1 and negative pressure is generated in the pipeline 1 by the suction device 9 to move the guide pig 3, the cleaning agent C, the adhesive 5 and the lining tube 6 to the other end of the pipeline in series by negative pressure and, in this process, impurities on the inner surface of the pipeline 1 are scraped off and a cleaning process, a process for coating the inner surface of the pipeline with the adhesive and a process for laminating the lining tube 6 are executed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the leakage of a pipeline desired to be shut off with a simple construction by forming the jig used when a section inclusive of a supply pipe interposed with a cheese in mid-way and communicating with a meter is subjected to regeneration repair by integrally providing the jig with an outside diameter part 1A insertable into the supply pipe and a cap member 1B closing the end face of the supply pipe. SOLUTION: The partial regeneration repair jig 1 has the outside diameter part 1A and the cap member 1B. The outside diameter part 1A is formed of a columnar member consisting of an elastic body. At the time of use, the partial regeneration repair jig 1 is inserted to insert the outside diameter part 1A into the opening of the supply pipe P1 and the cap member 1B is placed on the end face of the supply pipe P1 when the flowing-in of a plug-like resin into the supply pipe P1 side connected to the cheese 2 to be repaired is going to be shut off. As a result, the cap member 1B closes the opening end face of the supply pipe P1 and the flow in of the resin into the supply pipe P1 is shut off. At the time of taking the partial regeneration repair jig 1 out of the opening end face of the supply pipe P1, the jig is hooked with the projecting part formed at the cap member 1B and is drawn out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a resin cutting device as cuts and removes resin sticking to the inner surface of a pipe passage, especially of a Tee-piece, lined with resin, without giving a blow. SOLUTION: A resin cutting device is provided with a guide ring 6, which is installed in a plug installing hole 41 of a Tee-piece 4 and which has screw part 62 formed in its inner peripheral surface, and a cutter part 7 in which a cylindrical and hollow cutter cutter 72, the tip of which is formed into a hair clipper shape, is formed as an integrated body on a cylindrical body part 71, which has a screw part 73 on its outer peripheral surface so that the screw part 73 is screwed with the guide ring 6. After the guide ring 6 is installed in the plug installing hole 41 of the Tee-piece 4, the cutter part 7 is rotated/ screwed along the screw part 62 of the guide ring 6. As a result, the resin sticking to the inner part of the Tee-piece 4 is cut, and the resin that was cut can be held in a hollow space area of the cutter part 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting an already laid pipe line which is capable of adapting to a long pipe line to be inspected having lots of bent sections in a simple way and determining a position of a branch section as well as a leakage position. SOLUTION: A first opening section 11 is provided to one side of a section to be inspected of an already laid pipe line 1 and a second opening section 12 is to the other side. A soft and flexible tube 3 having an insertion amount detection means is inserted into the pipe line from the first opening section 11 in the turned-over and inverted condition and a fluid pressure is applied to an inner section of the inverted tube 3 so that the turned-over/inverted section of the tube 3 is advanced along the pipe passage by virtue of the pressure. When the tube 3 closes a hole formed in a wall of the pipe passage by the intimate contact during the advancing, the variation of the pressure in the pipe is detected by a pressure meter 22, thereby detecting a position of a branch hole and a corrosion hole in the section to be inspection in the pipe passage from the detected result.
