SOLUTION: From an opening 1a at one end of an already installed duct 1 which is buried under the ground, leading pigs 3, 4, a water absorbent C and a required amount of a plug-form adhesive 5 which is applied on the internal wall surface of the duct are positioned in the duct, and are introduced into the pipe, and at a rear step of the plug form adhesive 5, the leading end of a lining tube 6 is fixed to the opening 1a at one end of the duct under a state being inverted and introduced, and a suction device 9 is arranged at an opening 1b on the other end of the duct, and by generating a negative pressure in the duct by the suction device 9, the leading pigs 3, 4, the water absorbent 5 and the lining tube 6 are moved to the other end side of the duct continuously, and in this process, the lining 6 is affixed to the internal wall surface of the duct.

At the time of use, the partial regeneration repair jig 1 is inserted to insert the outside diameter part 1A into the opening of the supply pipe P1 and the cap member 1B is placed on the end face of the supply pipe P1 when the flowing-in of a plug-like resin into the supply pipe P1 side connected to the cheese 2 to be repaired is going to be shut off. As a result, the cap member 1B closes the opening end face of the supply pipe P1 and the flow in of the resin into the supply pipe P1 is shut off. At the time of taking the partial regeneration repair jig 1 out of the opening end face of the supply pipe P1, the jig is hooked with the projecting part formed at the cap member 1B and is drawn out.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute lining easily without using a member as a lining material, by a method wherein a mesh tube wherein resin for the lining is sealed is drawn into a pipe, mesh holes are enlarged by expanding the mesh tube by an extending hose inserted through the tube beforehand and the sealed resin is made to flow out and then hardened. SOLUTION: A mesh tube 7 is a porous tube being expansible and shrinkable and an extending hose 8 is inserted through the inside, while resin 9 for lining is sealed in between the outer peripheral surface of the extending hose 8 and the inner peripheral surface of the mesh tube 7. The mesh tube 7 is drawn into a pipeline 5 and high-temperature pressure water is supplied into the extending hose 8 by a supply means C. Then the mesh tube 7 expands in linkage with the extension of the extending hose 8 and comes near onto the inner surface of the pipeline 5, while the resin 9 is pushed outward. The resin is pressed, as resin 9', on the inner surface of the pipeline 5 and becomes a lining film. After this resin is hardened, the mesh tube 7 and the extending hose 8 are taken out.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fluid leaked during work from flowing to the inner wall part of an existing pipeline along the outer surface of a lining tube. SOLUTION: A flexible lining tube having an adhesive applied to the inner surface thereof is introduced into an existing piping P from one end thereof by the pressure of a fluid from the rear (or suction force from the front) while reversed so that the inner surface thereof becomes outside and bonded to the inner surface of the existing pipeline P under pressure by the adhesive and the fluid pressure (or suction force). Before or after the leading end part of the lining tube issues from the other end P' of the existing pipe, the wall surface of the piping in the vicinity of the other end P' is heated and the outer surface of the tube reversed at the other end of the existing piping is fixed to the inner surface of the existing piping within a short time. Thereafter, a heated fluid is circulated through the lining tube to accelerate the curing of the adhesive to fix the lining tube to the inner surface of the existing pipe P over the total length thereof.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting an already laid pipe line which is capable of adapting to a long pipe line to be inspected having lots of bent sections in a simple way and determining a position of a branch section as well as a leakage position. SOLUTION: A first opening section 11 is provided to one side of a section to be inspected of an already laid pipe line 1 and a second opening section 12 is to the other side. A soft and flexible tube 3 having an insertion amount detection means is inserted into the pipe line from the first opening section 11 in the turned-over and inverted condition and a fluid pressure is applied to an inner section of the inverted tube 3 so that the turned-over/inverted section of the tube 3 is advanced along the pipe passage by virtue of the pressure. When the tube 3 closes a hole formed in a wall of the pipe passage by the intimate contact during the advancing, the variation of the pressure in the pipe is detected by a pressure meter 22, thereby detecting a position of a branch hole and a corrosion hole in the section to be inspection in the pipe passage from the detected result.
