摘要： PURPOSE:To attain the high speed propagation of a signal while the voltage fluctuation of the propagated signal is minimized by adopting the constitution comprising an input circuit of common base type receiving a signal at an emitter of a transistor (Tr) and an output circuit consisting of a switching element controlling a current to the input circuit. CONSTITUTION:A common base Tr 12 and an emitter follower Tr 13 in an LSI 2 constitute the input circuit. A Tr 11 and a resistor R1 in the LSI 1 form the output circuit and constitute a differential circuit together with the input circuit in the LSI 2. A base of the Tr 11 is an input terminal of the output circuit, the emitter is an output of the output circuit and connected to an input terminal of the input circuit in the LSI 2. The collector of the Tr 11 is connected to a power supply VCC via the resistor R1. A signal line tying the output circuit in the LSI 1 and the input circuit in the LSI 2 is connected to a power supply VEE via a constant current source I or a resistor. The Tr 11 in the LSI 1 and the Tr 12 in the LSI 2 constitute a current switching circuit.
