摘要： PURPOSE:To continuously produce a conductive resin sheet having uniform conductivity by introducing the resin sheet continuously formed by electrodeposition into an electrolyte and forming the conductive polymer in the resin sheet by electrolysis. CONSTITUTION:A voltage is impressed between an endless belt-like rotating electrode 13 and stationary electrode 14 in a soln. 17 of an electrodepositable polymer in an electrodeposition cell 11. The resin sheet 20 formed in such a manner is stripped from the rotating electrode by the cooperation of a press roll 15 and a guide roll 16 and is thereafter continuously passed through a drying cell 21 and is dried. The resin sheet 20 is then passed into the electrolyte 25 contg. the monomer which is electrolytically polymerizable to the conductive polymer in an electrolytic polymn. cell 22 via a rotating anode 23. The voltage is impressed between the rotation anode 23 and stationary cathode 4 in the electrolyte 25 by a DC power source 26. The electrolyte 25 is thereby electrolytically polymerized and the conductive polymer is formed in the resin sheet 20, by which the conductive resin sheet 28 is formed. Said sheet is coiled on a coiler 29.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily produce an electrically conductive polymeric material having stable electrical conductivity and especially high fluidity, by forming an electrically conductive polymer by the electrolytic polymerization in a dissolved or molten polymeric material under agitation, thereby uniformly dispersing the electrically conductive polymer in the polymeric material. CONSTITUTION:A dissolved or molten polymeric material (e.g. polyvinyl chloride) is charged into an electrolytic cell 1, added with a monomer (e.g. pyrrole) forming an electrically conductive polymer by electrolytic polymerization together with an electrolyte and thoroughly stirred. A DC power source 8 is connected to a metallic agitation blade 7 of an agitator 4 in a manner to act the blade as an anode and the mixture is electrolyzed under agitation. The objective electrically conductive polymeric material can be collected from the part near the agitation blade 7.

The process according to the present invention is suitably used to give electroconductivity to an epoxy adhesive polymeric membrane or a polyamide hot-melt adhesive polymeric membrane.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the mass-productivity and to attain light weight by adopting injection molding of a thermoplastic resin so as to form a radiator base at the manufacture of a primary radiator for an antenna and applying electroless plating of a metal to the radiator base so as to form a radio wave reflector. CONSTITUTION:The radiator base 1 having a shape of the primary radiator is formed by using injection molding of a thermoplastic resin and a metal is subjected to electroless plating to the radiator base to form the radio wave reflecting layer 2. As the thermoplastic resin, a resin whose maximum temperature is nearly >=100 deg.C and having an excellent electroless plating performance is preferred such as polycarbonate, denatured polyphenyleneoxide or their mixture. In some cases, in order to decrease the contraction ratio at forming, to increase the stability and heat resistance and the rigidity, a mixture of such a material as calcium carbonate power or glass fiber is used. As a metal used for the electroless plating, such a metal as nickel or copper having high reliability of the adhesion with the thermoplastic resin is preferred.
