    • PURPOSE:To obtain a hermetically closing cap which has a good barrier property and can be decorated by printing. CONSTITUTION:A hermetically closing cap comprises a flexible type synthetic resin member 3 and a rigid type synthetic resin member 4: the flexible type synthetic resin member 3 has a side wall on which protuberance 31 designed to be fitted and fastened under an outwardly raised part 52 of the mouth of a vessel an formed and a horizontal top plane 21 on which a metal member 2 is provided; the rigid type synthetic resin member 4 is provided on the flexible type synthetic resin member 3 in a manner of covering the peripheral edge of its top plane and side wall downward. The metal member 2 has an outer diameter which is larger at all peripheral points than the diameter of the inner circumference of the mouth of the vessel. The rigid type synthetic resin member 4 has its lower end lower than at least the protuberance 31. With the side wall of the cap having high rigidity in this structure, the vessel (bottle) 5 can be hermetically closed; the metal member 2 gives a barrier property to the cap; and printing is applicable to the top surface of the cap.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a sealing cap capable of being closed by a strong tightening force, excellent in barrier property and printable decoratively. CONSTITUTION:The sealing cap 1 comprises a metal member 2 having a vertical part 23 downwardly extending from the outer peripheral edge of the top face 21 of the cap and a synthetic resin member 3 attached integrally with the metal member 2 so as to enclose the periphery of the top face 21 of the cap and the vertical part 23 of the metal member between the inner and outer coverings of the synthetic resin member 3. The synthetic resin member 3 is provided with an inwardly projecting part 31 on the inner resin covering above the lower end of the vertical part 23 for engagement with an outwardly projecting part 41a of the neck part 41 of a bottle 4. The metal member 2 provides a barrier property and the top face of the cap can be printed. The vertical part 23 of the metal member 2 makes the side wall of the cap highly rigid and, therefore, the bottle 4 can be capped by a strong tightening force.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a sealing cap capable of being closed by a strong tightening force and excellent in barrier property and design. CONSTITUTION:The cap comprises a metal member 2 consisting of a stepped part 22 provided around the outer periphery of the top face 21 of the cap and a vertical part 23 extending downwardly from the end of the stepped part 22 to a length greater than the height of the stepped part 22 raised from the top face 21 of the cap, a sealing material 3 provided in a groove defined between the stepped part 22 and the top face of the cap around the outer periphery of the cap and a thermoplastic resin 4 formed integrally with the metal member 2 and having the vertical part 23 enclosed between the inner and outer resin coverings, the outer resin covering extending to at least the outer peripheral edge of the stepped part 22 and an inwardly projecting part 41 formed on the inner resin covering for engagement with an outwardly projecting part 51a of a bottle neck 51. The projection 41 is preferably located on the inner resin covering above the lower end of the vertical part 23. Since the side wall of the cap is highly rigid, a bottle 5 can be capped by a strong tightening force. The metal member 2 provides a barrier property and the top face of the cap can also be printed.

SOLUTION: This container comprises a container body equipped with a protruding part on a peripheral wall in the nearly center of the peripheral wall on the peripheral edge of the bottom wall, an impregnation-retaining material placed on the bottom wall, a dome-shaped outer lid having elasticity, equipped with holes and covering the container body and an inner lid disposed between the container body and the outer lid and having a supporting part having elasticity and supporting so as to directly oppose the packed body containing the chemical which is volatile at ordinary temperature to the protruding part. In the container, the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral end of the outer lid is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral support of the inner lid, and the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the container body is fitted into the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral end of the outer lid.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scarcely cause a molding fault such as a shrink, a short shot or the like by injection molding a polyester resin having an intrinsic viscosity of a specific range dl/g as an injection molding. SOLUTION: A cut container 1 is formed of a polyethylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.5 to 0.65 dl/g. The container 1 has a circular bottom wall 1b, a cylindrical peripheral wall 1c extended from a peripheral edge of the wall 1b upward, and a flange 1d overhanging outward from an upper end of the wall 1c. A cover 2 is mounted at the flange 1d by heat sealing. The wall 1b has a gate mark 1e formed of a gate for casing a molten resin at a center in a mold. An upper part of the mark 1e is projected upward from an inner surface of the wall 1b, and the projected part exhibits a dome shape. A projected part of the mark 1e is formed in a dome shape. Thus, an impact load given by food and drink contained in the container 1 when dropped can be dispersed to the entire circumferential direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the sealing strength at a degree for a container to be unsealable with hand while increasing the peeling strength by a method wherein an upper end surface wherein a surface to heat-bond a lid material to a container main body is formed into a tilted surface- form being formed downward and outward from a surface where an opening end is formed, is heat-bonded with the lid material, and the heat-bonded upper end surface is bonded in a manner to be peelable. SOLUTION: For this easily openable sealing container 1, a container main body 3 is sealed by bonding with a lid material 2 in a bonding region 11 on the surface 5 of the upper end 4 of the container main body 3, which is formed into a tilted surface-form tilting outward and downward of the container main body 3, going around the opening end 30 of the container main body 3 wherein the upper end is open. A tongue piece 20 for unsealing in order to unseal the easily openable sealing container 1, is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the lid material 2. When the easily openable sealing container 1 is unsealed, by performing an operation wherein the tongue piece 20 for unsealing provided on the lid material 2 is pulled up in the unsealing direction, a separation starts between the layers of the surface at the upper end 4 of the container main body 3 and the lid material 2 at the bonding region 11. By this method, the unsealing strength can be made high at a degree wherein the container can withstand a dropping impact, etc., and at the same time, can be unsealed by hand.

A plurality of positioning projections are provided near the side wall part except the corner of the bottom member 2 and at least one rib for a support to secure the distance between the inside faces of these members in at least either bottom member 2 or the cover member 3 is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make shaking-out of granular contents possible for a case made up integrally of a pair of traylike members by joining their internal faces together in a way of fitting shells together by a method wherein a notch is formed at a part on side walls of the traylike members on a part including their joint, and a cap capable of being opened and shut is engaged with the notch. SOLUTION: A case is formed of a pair of members, a member A 2 and a member B 3, by joining their internal faces together, and a cap 4 capable of being drawn for opening and pushed for shutting is incorporated in the side wall part of the case. Namely, a groove for joining is provided at the edge of the side wall of the member A 2, excluding a part wherein the cap is to be fitted, while a projected stripe for joining is provided at the edge of the side wall of the member B 3, and both of the members are put in a way of fitting shells together and joined together with pressure applied. A notch is formed at the side wall part of both of the members 2 and 3 on a position whereto the cap is to be fitted, and the cap 4 to be fitted there is constructed of a cap top board 7a and four cap ribs 7r provided under the top board, and hooklike parts are provided by undercutting 10 at the tips of the ribs.
