    • PURPOSE:To feed a fixed amount of fuel stably and continuously on a fuel oil diffuser at all times by a method wherein an oil transfer passage is installed in the inside of an air blasting guide cylinder as one body with the cylinder and a fuel oil nozzle facing the surface of the diffuser is placed at the tip side of the oil transfer passage. CONSTITUTION:In a rather thick-walled air blasting guide cylinder 112, a fuel oil transfer passage 114 is installed in one body with the cylinder; at the tip side of the passage 114, a fuel oil nozzle 116 is equipped. Therefore, even if the location near an oil feed point, that is, the inside of a vaporizing cylinder 107 is in abnormal high temp. condition caused by continuous combustion, a state where the gap between the nozzle 116 and fuel oil diffuser 120 is changed by the torsion of the passage 114 does not occur and a proper gap previously set is maintained and a fixed amount of fuel can be fed continuously on the surface of the diffuser 120.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize vaporizing combustion by inserting a blast guide member into a vaporizing cylinder, forming a blast heating passage between the blast guide member and the inner peripheral wall surface of the vaporizing cylinder and ejecting a gaseous fuel into a vaporizing cylinder from the side of the blast guide member. CONSTITUTION:Low-temperature combustion air is sent from a blast chamber 117 to a blast heating chamber 125, and reversed at the top part of a vaporizing cylinder 121. The combustion gas is then pressed into a gas chamber 110 via the inside of a blast guide member 127, and is ejected inwardly of the gas chamber 110. On the other hand, when a gaseous fuel is supplied from a fuel supply pipe 145 into the blast guide member 127, the gaseous fuel is ejected through a gas ejection holes 144 over a wide range of the inner peripheral wall surface of the vaporizing cylinder 121, and is agitated and mixed with air until it reaches the gas chamber 110 via a blast heating passage 125 and a blast guide member 127 and is heated within the heating passage 125 and is formed into a mixed gas in a completely vaporized state. By this arrangements vaporizing combustion can be stabilized.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain 'MISO' (paste made of fermented soybean, used for preparing soup), soy sauce and fermented soybeans more tasty than conventional 'MISO', etc., in a short period, by subjecting raw material soybeans dipped in dilute hydrochloric acid to aging and thermal processing by direct electric conductive action, steaming or boiling the resultant soybeans and further fermenting the steamed or boiled soybeans. CONSTITUTION:Raw material soybeans (A) are initially washed with dilute hydrochloric acid (B) and then dipped. The above-mentioned raw material soybeans (A), together with the dilute hydrochloric acid (B), are contained in an insulating heat-resistant container 101 and a current is passed across a pair of electrodes 103 and 103 to carry out aging and thermal processing of the above-mentioned raw material soybeans (A) using the afore-mentioned dilute hydrochloric acid (B) as an electrically conductive medium. Furthermore, the raw material soybeans (A) are steamed in a pressure steaming vessel, etc., or boiled in a pressure cooker, etc., then transferred to a fermentation room and fermented to afford and aimed 'MISO', soy sauce and fermented soybeans.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent the bottom surface of a combustion plate from being rapidly damaged by burning and to continue an excellent evaporation by disposing an ejected air guide cylinder on the inner side of a depressed combustion cylinder and providing an air ejection path whose base end side is connected to an air ejection chamber depressed combustion cylinder and the ejected air guide cylinder and whose discharge side is faced on the bottom wall surface of the combustion plate. CONSTITUTION:A fuel oil is shifted from a raw combustion state to an evaporation state, and air is blasted on the bottom wall 108 of a combustion plate 105 through an air feed cylinder 116 into an air ejection chamber 114. Further, combustion air for cooling is ejected from the air ejection chamber 114 via an air ejection path 125 provided between a depressed combustion cylinder 109 and an ejected air guide cylinder 124 along the surface of the bottom wall 108 of the combustion plate 105. Accordingly, a combustion flame rising up is rapidly blown by combustion air and is completely burnt by the supplementing operation thereof. Further, the bottom wall of the combustion plate is sapidly cooled by ejected combustion air for cooling, and therefore it is not damaged by burning due to the temperature rise to incandescency by the combustion hot air, and a stable evaporation combustion can be continued for a long period of time.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a continuous stable combustion of blue flame gasification by a method wherein a part of combustion hot gas is injected from a bottom wall of a combustion cylinder along an outer circumference of a gas chamber toward a forward part thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a combustion is started, a part of combustion hot gas injected to a front part of a combustion chamber 5 is sent from a hot air feeding port 18 opened at a bottom part of a combustion cylinder 2 to an outer circumference of a gas chamber 6 through a hot gas feeding passage 17 at an outside part of the bottom wall and then injected forwardly. With this arrangement, an entire combustion cylinder and the gas chamber 6 are heated to increase its temperature. Therefore, fuel oil in the gasification cylinder 8 is rapidly gasified to become a complete mixture gas. Therefore, the fuel is injected into the combustion cylinder 5 rapidly and the gasified combustion is carried out. With this arrangement, it is possible to continue a combustion under a blue flame condition from starting time of the gasification combustion.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive marine food, rich in nutritive value, having good flavor and directly usable as a food on the table, by adding deodorized soybean flour and salt water to a row ground fish meat material of a row aquatic animal having strong fishy smell, mixing them and passing a current through the resultant mixture. CONSTITUTION:An inexpensive raw aquatic animal having strong fishy smell though with high nutritive value, e.g. a ground fish meat material of sardine, saury, etc., is prepared. Adequate amounts of deodorizd soybean flour 2 and salt water 3 are then added to the ground fish meat material, stirred and mixed to plasticize a mixed material 4, which becomes a food material rich in electric conductivity. The above-mentioned mixed material 4 is then filled and contained in an insulating container 6, and a current is passed through the mixed material 4 to rapidly heat, age and sterilize the mixed material 4 by generated Joule heat. In the process of aging, heating and sterilizing the mixed material 4 by the Joule heat, the added deodorized soybean flour 2 absorbs the salt and water and swells uniformly to promote uniform electric conducting action.

Current is subsequently passed through electrical contact bodies 5 and 6 containing saline solution from above and below the laminated frames 1 placed in plural stages while pressing the electrical contact bodies 5 and 6 with a pair of electrode plates 7 and 8. Thereby, the raw food material (A), placed in plural stages and contained in the frames 1 can be subjected to sterilization treatment at the same time while aging and heating to efficiently mass-produce many electric conduction processed foods.

    • PURPOSE:To make blue flame combustion stable and at the same time to prevent a back-fire combustion by a method wherein an inner housing having centrifugal blowing vanes is arranged in an outer housing with its lower part acting as a fuel oil splashing part in such a way as it may integrally be rotated therewith, fuel oil is supplied to the upper wall of the outer housing and then evaporated at the circumferential wall of the outer housing. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer housings 6 and 10 are rotated on a rotary shaft 5 as combustion is started. Along with this movement, centrifugal blowing vanes 12 are also rotated to cause the combustion air to be circulated, directly blown against an evaporator 9 and injected into the combustion cylinder 1 through a mixing gas passage 16 and a gas chamber 2s1 while being circulated and disperses to the evaporator part. In the other hand, fuel oil supplied to the inner surface of the upper wall 7 of the outer housing 6 is dispersed with a centrifugal force of the outer housing 6, dropped onto the evaporator 9, circulated and accumulated with the blowing combustion air, dispersed into a thin film form and then turned into fine particles as its speed decreases. Then, the fuel is injected as splash into the combustion cylinder 1 through the fuel splashing end 8. With this arrangement, it is possible to make blue flame combustion stable and to prevent a back-fire combustion.
