摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the smooth feed of recording sheets in the case of mounting a separating means and the like only on one side and simplify the whole constitution of a device by disposing a butt-contact part, provided at the separating means so as to regulate the tip movement of a recording sheet, downstream of a stopper part on the basis of the recording sheet feed direction. CONSTITUTION:The position of a recording sheet P is regulated by the stopper part 15a of an inclined plate 15, and a separating claw 5 is engaged with the tip side part of the recording sheet P. A butt-contact part 5a provided at the separating claw 5 is then positioned downstream (the arrow mark K1 side) of the stopper part 15a. When a feed roller 1 is rotated to feed the recording sheet P in the direction of the arrow mark K1, the recording sheet P does not come in contact with the butt-contact part 5a at the movement starting time but comes in contact after the movement, so that resistance receiving from the butt-contact part 5a is small. The skew feed of the recording paper P at the paper feeding time can be thereby prevented, and paper feeding can be performed smoothly even without providing a separating claw 5 and a paper feed roller 1 at the other side of the tip of the recording sheet P.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve accuracy in mounting of a platen without being affected by the accuracy of a frame member by a method wherein a bearing of a transfer roller is provided to the platen and the bearing is fitted to a shaft of the transfer roller. CONSTITUTION:The subject device is composed of a recording means 1 that makes recording on a material 21 on which the recording is made, a transfer means that transfers, through the recording section, the material 21 on which the recording is made, and a platen 8 that sustain, in the recording section, the material 21 on which the recording is made. A bearing 25 of a transfer roller 22 is provided to the platen 8, and the bearing 25 is fitted to a shaft 26 of the transfer roller 22. Thereby the position of the platen 8 becomes accurate when it is mounted, preventing inaccuracy front occurring in the positioning.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protrude a stopper in the movement path of a carriage and prevent a recording head from forgetting to be fixed to a capping position and to be released from the position, with the help of the stopper by closing an operating member of a switching tray for loading a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 65 provided on an operating member 62 for opening a discharge aperture 63 as an opening is released from a locking position with a recording head 1 by opening the operating member 62, and the recording head 1 is unlocked at a capping position. On the other hand, after the completion of use of an ink jet recording device and the movement of the recording head to the capping position, a stopper 65 comes in contact with the recording head 1 by rotating the operating member 62 in (a) direction for closing the discharge aperture 63. Further, the stopper 65 moves to a capping lock position where the recording head 1 is fixed to the capping position. That is, it is possible to completely prevent the lock ON/OFF operation from failing to be performed or a faulty operation from being executed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent skew of recording sheets in feeding the sheets in a paper feed device in which a paper feed roller and a separating claw are provided only on one side relative to the recording sheets in order to achieve the reduction in the number of parts, miniaturization of the device, etc. CONSTITUTION:Recording sheets 24 loaded on a base 9 are fed by a paper feed roller 1 provided on the other end of a paper feed roller shaft 2 only one end of which is supported, and then separated one at a time by one separating claw 5. The skew motion of the separated and fed recording sheet 24 is corrected by means of the holding face 10c of a lower guide 10 which restrict its tip. When the recording sheet is fed between the low guide 10 and an upper guide 11, the lower guide 10 permits the opposite side of the recording sheet from the paper feed roller 1 to be projected and the upper guide 11 permits the paper feed roller 1 side be projected, and thereby deformation of the recording sheet 24 is restricted so as to correct the skew.

A electric potential difference V2 exists between the plate 8 and an ink supply roll 6. The substrate 81 of the plate 8 has a resistance of several ohms in a film thick direction, but is completely insulated in a lateral direction. Therefore, there is little possibility that an electric current may locally concentratively flow between the ink supply roll 6 and the plate 8, and a deterioration of an image quality caused by a leak and a deterioration of materials of the ink supply roll 6 and the plate 8 can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce ink on an image part of a plate and to realize more flexible ink film thickness control by bringing a recording material feed roller fed with a recording material into contact with a plate and then applying a recording material collecting voltage thereon thereby collecting the recording material except a part thereof adhered to the image part. CONSTITUTION:An ink film on an ink bearing roller 1 comes into contact with an ink film thickness regulating roller 4 thus forming an ink film only on a conductive pattern. The ink 2 is present on a pattern occupying about 15% of the entire area and then it is passed through a roller 5 and brought into contact with an ink feed roller 6 to form an ink film of 4mum thick thereon which is further rolled to form an ink film of 3mum thick on the plate 8 of a plate cylinder 9 and the film comes into contact with a conductive blanket 10. Consequently, an ink film of 2mum thick is formed on the conductive blanket 10 and an image is recorded with ink film thickness of 1mum onto a recording paper 17.

CONSTITUTION:When the surface of a cooling liquid 2 rises, the air in an air chamber 7 flows out through continuous holes in a continuously porous member 8 covering an opening 9, so that the volume change of the cooling liquid 2 is absorbed in this air chamber 7, and the internal pressure of an optical coupling part is kept constant. Then, if power to a projector tube 1 is shut off, the temp. of the cooling liquid 2 sinks with temp. sink of the projector tube 1. When the temp. of the liquid 2 has returned e.g. to 20 deg.C, the volume of the liquid 2 decreases contrary to the case with temp. rise, so that the liquid surface sinks. With this sink of liquid 2 surface, the external air intrudes into the air chamber 7 via the continuous holes in the porous member 8, so that the internal pressure of the optical coupling part is kept constant.
