摘要： PURPOSE:To permit gases to be expelled easily from a bag and a hot water to be penetrated rapidly into the bag by a method wherein a bag consisting of the filter sheet containing the extra fine fiber having a predetermined fineness comprises partially or in its fairly wide region a sheet having water permeability specific times or more that of the filter sheet. CONSTITUTION:A table luxury containing bag such as coffee bag consists of two parts, i.e. a filter sheet (base sheet) 1 containing the extra fine fiber having a fineness of not more than 0.2 denier and a sheet 2 high in water permeability. The composition of these two sheets may be composed of paper, fabric, knit or nonwoven fabric and the material used therefor may be natural or synthetic fiber or composite thereof. The use of the base sheet 1 containing the extra fine fiber of not more than 0.2 denier hinders the floating of fat and oil on the surface of coffee, offering a superb taste and body. The sheet 2 is required to have a water permeability about two times or more than of the base sheet 1. In case with the water permeability less than two times, when a hot water is poured on a coffee bag, a longer time is required for its inward penetration thereinto and for the inner gas to be replaced with the hot water and expelled therefrom, during which time a rapid drop in the hot water temperature takes place to make the drawing of coffee considerably worse.

CONSTITUTION:A bag body 2 having a surface part 4 and a back part 5 opposed to each other, and also, having an opening part 6 in the upper end is constituted of a water-passing filterable sheet material. On the upper half part of at least one face of its bag body 2, at least one piece of detaining member 3 is fixed. Its detaining member 3 is constituted of a supporting body 7 stuck and fixed onto the upper half part face of the bag body 2, and at least one piece of detaining piece 8 supported by this supporting body 7. At least the sticking face part of its supporting body 7 is allowed to have waterproofness. As a result, an extraction bag 1 can be detained or suspended easily to an extraction container, and also, in the course of pouring operation, the opening state can be maintained stably.
