摘要： PURPOSE:To form a film showing an elegant aggregate pattern with good working efficiency, by swelling and softening the surface layer part of a film, formed by coating and drying an opaque base paint, with a clear paint to adhere an aggregate material and applying a clear paint to the aggregate material layer as an upper layer. CONSTITUTION:An opaque base paint containing a vinyl chloride resin, a pigment or the like is applied to the surface of an arbitrary base material to form a dried film with a thickness of 0.5-2mm.. Subsequently, a clear paint capable of temporarily swelling and softening the surface layer part of the above mentioned film is applied to the surface of said base paint in an amount of about 200- 400g/m . To this swollen and softened film, a transparent or translucent aggregate material having gloss similar to glass gloss such as calcite is adhered. The particle size of the above mentioned aggregate material is pref. 0.8-3.0mm.. Thereafter, a clear paint is applied to the aggregate layer in an amount of about 200-400g/m to form a film making the best use of the originality of the aggregate material to a max. extent without damaging the inherent properties of the opaque base paint film.
