SOLUTION: This device comprises a paper feeding roller 1000 on which paper roll is installed. The paper feeding roller comprises a paper holder part 1100 on which the paper roll is installed, a friction generator 1200 to give friction resistance torque to the paper roll holder part, and an engagement member 1300 for detachably installing the paper feeding roller to a paper feeding roller support member 1400 fixed to a casing. The friction generator comprises a first part 1210 and a second part 1220 which are relatively rotated while generating friction force. The first part of the friction generator is coupled with the paper holder part to be incapable of rotation, and the second part of the friction generator is coupled with the engagement member to be incapable of rotation. As the paper roll is taken up, friction force is generated between the first part and the second part of the friction generator, thereby back tension is provided to the paper roll.
