    • PURPOSE:To reduce operation cost and avoid the scattering of imparity particles in the air during humidification by heating humidification water with a high temperature fluid, such as steam and converting said fluid into steam. CONSTITUTION:A humidifier 1 is installed to a passage of clean air. At the same time, the terminals of a tube bundle 10 and a water supply tube bundle 15 are connected with steam piping and pure water piping respectively. The pure water used as humidfication water is distributed to each water supply tube 16 on one side of the water supply tube bundle 15, and flows out from a number of through holes 18 and is scattered to the surface of heat-proof plastic tubes 11 of the tube bundle 10. Then, the water is heated by the steam passing through the heat-proof plastic tubes 11 by way of their pipe walls and converted into steam, thereby humidifying the pure water. At that time, a heat- proof plastic tube 41 may be inserted into a tube 42 made of a porous polymer material having continuous porosity whose pore size is controlled so that only vapor may pass, inhibiting the passage of water and the terminal of the porous tube 42 bundle may be one piece-bonded with the terminal of the tube 41 bundle.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a cable sustainable of the standing state by providing the 1st. sheath, the fiber blade layer and the 2nd. sheath consecutively on the peripheral portion of a bundle consisting of insulated core wires. CONSTITUTION:The 1st. sheath 3, the fiber blade layer 4 and the 2nd. sheath 5 are consecutively provided on the peripheral portion of a bundle 2 consisting of insulated core wires to construct a bending cable 1. The 1st. sheath 3 enclosing the bundle 2 is made of high tensional materials, and in addition the mechanical strength is enhanced by the 2nd. sheath, therefore the weight of the insulated core wires is supported by the sheaths and the blade layer. Thereby the standing state of the cable 1 can be sustained, and the strain due to the bending of the cable 1 can be absorbed by the fiber blade layer 4 between the 1st. sheath 3 and the 2nd. sheath 5 and desorbed for recovering the original state, therefore suitable flexibility and elasticity for the bending cable can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing and operation cost of the title device and recover a solvent safely by cooling and liquefying waste gas containing solvent vapor passing through a plastic tube bundle in an inner hollow section with cooling fluid passing through the inner hollow section of an outer cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:For instance, at the time of recovering chlorofluorocarbon, a solvent recovery device 1 is connected in series with part of a duct through which waste gas containing chlorofluorocarbon vapor passes. 60% water solution of ethyleneglycol or the like as cooling fluid cooled down to around -20 deg.C in fed from a cooling fluid feeding section 2 into an inner hollow section 22 of an outer cylindrical body 20, passing through the inner hollow section 22, and returned to the feeding section 2 to be circulated. Waste gas 4 containing chlorofluorocarbon vapor passed through the inner hollow section 22 of the outer cylindrical body 20 and cooled while passing through a plastic tube bundle 10 in the solvent recovery device 1. The same is turned into mist 5 of chlorofluorocarbon after being cooled down and guided into a mist separator 3.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the opening of a fluororesin tube bundle from being deformed by constituting it with a first fluororesin tube, a second fluororesin low fusing point resin layer, a fluororesin sleeve being externally fitted in this layer and a third low fusing point fluororesin tube. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin tube bundle 1 is made up of plural pieces of a first fluororesin tube 2, a low fusing point resin layer 3 of second fluororesin lower in a fusing point than the first fluororesin to be coated on a terminal outer circumferential surface of this tube 2, a fluororesin sleeve 4 being externally fitted in an edge of the bundle of these tubes 2, and a joint 5, joining this fluororesin sleeve 4 and the tubes 2 as one body and being lower in the fusing point than the second fluororesin. In consequence, there is not any crushing or deformation in the tube end, therefore a difference in flow velocity at each tube is not produced so that it can show its excellent capacity as a deaerator tube and/or a heat exchanger tube.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain usable flat cable having a large dielectric strength by provid ing a plurality of unit coductors spaced in parallel to each other and plastic tapes holding these unit conductors from both sides thereof and forming wedge like compression parts on the plastic tapes between adjacent unit conductors. CONSTITUTION:In a flat cable 1, naked conductors 2a, 2b...2n are spaced respec tively and held between two pieces of plastic tapes 3a, 3b. In a heat bonding process, the tapes 3a, 3b are heated from both side thereof, the space between respective unit conductors are forced so as to form wedge like compression parts 4. Thus, the tapes 3a, 3b are formed in one body and the contact surface to be opened outward is closed for improving dielectric strength and also a conductor adhesive strength. Next, the wedge like tip 6 is taken as a mutual opposed structure is separable with a force applied from either sides so that a wedge like compression part 4A where the wedge like compression part 4 and the tip 6 are opposed to each other is formed, therefore, separation is easily performed at desired part and it is possible to easily deform the cable in three dimensional shape.
