    • PURPOSE:To prevent the production of air bubbles in an insulating oil filled in a bushing pocket, by a method wherein the oil is filled, with the flow velocity thereof greatly reduced, so as to creep along a mounting seat and the wall surface of an insulating shield tube. CONSTITUTION:As an exhaust valve 18 and an oiling valve 15 are opened, an insulating oil flows into a bushing pocket 8 from a conservator 12 through an oil duct 16 and an oiling pipe 14. At the same time, the air inside the bushing pocket 8 is naturally discharged from the exhaust valve 18. The outflow of the insulating oil is suppressed by a narrow path constituted by the oiling pipe 14. In addition, the outlet side of the narrow path is opened in a trumpet-like shape. Therefore, the insulating oil is gradually decreased in flow velocity by flowing along the trumpet-like part, so that the oil flows while hardly producing air bubbles. The insulating oil flowing into an insulating shield tube 5 gradually increases in amount to fill the bushing pocket 8.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the noise reducing effect of the titled hot water boiler, in the hot water boiler which is provided with an upwardly extending exhaust cylinder on one side thereof, by a method wherein a plurality of baffle plates are provided within the exhaust cylinder in such a manner that they extends horizontally in the inner peripheral wall of the exhaust cylinder alternately in the vertical direction so as to provide a zigzag gas passage in the cylinder and the inner peripheral wall surface of the exhaust cylinder and the surfaces of the baffle plates are covered with a buffer material. CONSTITUTION:When a pipe 1 of a heat exchanger 5 is filled with service water and a burner 3 is operated, a flame spreads in a combustion chamber 2c and a combustion gas moves upward as it heats the side wall of an inner boiler 2. The combustion gas then changes its direction at the ceiling of the inner boiler 2 and enters the exhaust cylinder 6 as an exhaust gas from an exhaust port 4a of F section and is discharged into the atmosphere from the upper end of the cylinder 6. In this case, the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust port 4a runs against the buffer material 6b which is applied on the surfaces of the baffle plates 6a arranged alternately within the exhaust cylinder 6 in the manner as above mentioned so as to be adsorbed and damped by the buffer material and moves upward in a zigzag fashion as it is regulated by the baffle plates 6a so that the noise generating from the hot water boiler is adsorbed and damped.

    • PURPOSE:To control the firing angle of a thyristor by operating the turn ratios and secondary circuit numbers of a welding transformer and the data on the target value of welding current in an arithmetic processing part and changing over the amplification factor of an amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:The target value of welding current is set with the turn ratios, and secondary circuit numbers of a welding transformer 1, the quality, thickness, the number of pies, etc. of materials 7 to be welded, and is read and written into an RAM15 with a CPU12. The materials 7 are pressurized by operating welding tips 6. The signal of a firing angle 90 deg. is fed from the CPU12 by the voltage of an AC power source 2 to a counter circuit 19 via an input-output part 16, so that the thyristor of a switching circuit 3 is fired. The load current on the secondary side of the transformer 1 is inputted via a current transformer 4 to an amplifier 8, which feeds its output to an A/D conversion circuit 11 through an effective value conversion circuit 10. The digital signal of an effective value is taken from the circuit 11 into the CPU12, which determines the firing angle of the thyristor from the power factor angle, the effective value and the target value.
