      SOLUTION: As there are a peak of tan δ resulting from a base polymer and a peak of tan δ resulting from a polymer filling material, the property resulting from the base polymer and the property resulting from the polymer filling material remain as they are, without canceling each other.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mounting an electronic device, which prevents displacement or the like due to vibration and shock in the plane direction.
      SOLUTION: A first enclosure 3 and second enclosures 4a, 4b fix a hard disk device 2 by clamping a portion to be clamped set on the hard disk device 2. Cushioning members 5 composed of an elastic member are interposed between the first enclosure 3 and the second enclosures 4a, 4b, and the portion to be clamped. A plurality of protrusions are arranged on a surface of the cushioning members 5 in contact with the first enclosure 3 at regular intervals. Ribs 7a having a width less than that of the protrusion and extending in a direction of arranging the protrusions are provided on clamping portions 7 of the first enclosure 3. By clamping the portion to be clamped with the first enclosure 3 and the second enclosures 4a, 4b via the cushioning members 5, the ribs 7a are abutted on the protrusions, and thereby the protrusions and the ribs 7a are stopped from mutually moving in the plane direction to prevent the hard disk device 2 from being displaced in the plane direction.
