摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce excessive time and labor to a user by detecting a skew quantity of a sheet carried from a first loading means, judging the possibility of sheet work processing, and controlling a carry by a carrying means on the basis of the skew quantity of the detected sheet and a judging result. SOLUTION: A skew quantity of a sheet from an inserter 900 is detected by sensors 930, 931, and control is switched according to the skew quantity of the detected sheet and a judging result of whether or not to perform punch processing. For example, when a skew reference value 1 is 3 mm and a skew reference value 2 is 9 mm, when the skew quantity of the sheet from the inserter 900 detected by the sensors 930, 931 exceeds 9 mm, since there is the possibility of causing a paper jamming of the sheet, an emergency stop is made to prohibit the performance of processing such as feeding processing, carrying processing and punch processing of the sheet. When the skew quantity of the detected sheet is not more than 3 mm, the emergency stop is not made to perform the feeding processing, the carrying processing and the punch processing of the sheet.

As a result, when a belt 13b comes into contact with the fold section 12, the fold section 12 is peeled off from the top face of it in sequence. Further, when the belt unit 13 moves, the fold section 12 is pinched by the roller 14 and the belt 13b. Thus, the fold section 12 is classified and moved to be placed inside a cassette 18.
