    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of any box-making defect in a corrugated fiberboard box having a curved surface in a corner part.
      SOLUTION: In a corrugated fiberboard box provided with a corner part 7 of a curved surface between side plates 1 and 4 adjacent to each other of a peripheral wall, embossing for forming unevenness is executed on the corner part 7 by squeezing a stage of the corrugated fiberboard by the embossment to curve the corner part 7. The embossing is executed by holding the corrugated fiberboard by a punching die and a face plate so that linear parts 8 are across each other in a lattice form, and inclined to stages of the corrugated fiberboard, and unevenness is generated in surface and back sides of the corrugated fiberboard. The corner part 7 becomes flexible by the embossing, and the corner part 7 is not bent at a specified part during the box-making, and the corner part 7 can be smoothly bent.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with a breaking structure which simplifies the forming process, keeps cut mark clean, and is excellent in safety.
      SOLUTION: The sheet S with the breaking structure has such a breaking structure that fully cut parts 1 and half cut parts 2 are alternately and continuously formed on the same line.
