    • PURPOSE:To provide a framework structure of a pantograph in which a lifting force can be arbitrarily adjusted without considerable influence of a mass, a lifting force of a current collector. CONSTITUTION:The framework structure for a pantograph has the same structure as that of a general pantograph as shown. A pair of opposed frameworks have two intersections 4, 1 at an intermediate between a top end and a frame. One 2 of legs astride at the ground side is fixed, and the other end 3 depends upon a framework elevator balanced with a coiled spring 11. Accordingly, a half of a load of the pantograph is loaded by a fixed end, a vertical component of the load is removed from the load of the pantograph even at the other movable end, and the framework of the pantograph which can endure against a large load is provided. Thus, a conventional one must reduce a mass of the framework in order to alleviate peeling of a trolley wire, but this pantograph can endure against the large load, and hence 'a current collecting ring of a pantograph' of a peeling remedy unit and a soundproof cover can be also loaded to the framework.

    • PURPOSE:To embody most efficient noise reduction, which is not subjected to regulation due to vehicle limit, by employing an aerodynamic noise reducing method for the pantograph of vehicle wherein the traveling path of traveling wind is controlled to coincide with a path optimal for noise reduction. CONSTITUTION:Front faces 7, 8 are provided, respectively, with surfaces inclining at an angle of 60 deg. for scooping the traveling wind, introduced from the front by means of a pair of front plates 3, 4 surrounding a pantograph 2, obliquely upward. The front plates 3, 4 are provided with concave profile so that the traveling wind thus introduced is converged in the center and the distance from the center of the pantograph 2 to the front plates 3, 4 is set 5-7 times of the height of the front plates 3, 4.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to suppress noise by a constitution wherein at least one of a plurality of insulators. supporting a pantograph on the roof of an electric rolling stock, also serves as a cable head having a terminal board and a lead-out board at the tip of the insulator. CONSTITUTION:At least one of a plurality of insulators(not shown) for supporting a pantograph 1 on the roof 2 of an electric stock also serves as a cable head 3. The cable head 3 is provided with a terminal board 18, a lead- out board 19 and a joint metal 20 on the upper metal 17 of an insulator 5 and supports the pantograph 1. A cable 6 is inserted into the insulator 5 and a terminal rod 15 press contacting with the tip 6d thereof is inserted into an insertion hole 16 of the terminal board and fixed in place. An insulating block 8 is placed between the insulator 5 and the cable 6 at the tapered part 5a on the lower inside of the insulator 5 and secured to a base metal. 11 by means of a lower metal 9 and a screw 10. The insulator 5 has same height as those of other insulators(not shown). According to the constitution, number or parts and installation space on the roof can be reduced while furthermore noise is suppressed.
