摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent a spike from being vulcanized on a slant when making a rubber chain by making the shank in a form of a taper which becomes larger from the bottom end to the top end of the shank in the spike which is provided with a non-slip member on the bottom end of a shank and has a flange preventing it from removing formed as one piece on the top end of the shank. CONSTITUTION: In a spike S having a cylindrical non-slip member 2 made of a cemented carbide alloy in a recess of the bottom of a steel shank 1 and a flange 3 on the top end of the shank which overhangs widely in the diametrical direction by about 2 times larger than the shank 1 and thus has the effect of preventing it from removing, the shank 1 has a structure which becomes larger from the bottom end to the top end with a taper angle of about 6 degrees. In this way, the spike S is precisely positioned by putting a tapered section of the shank 1 into face contact with a tapered section of a mold 5. When rubber is vulcanized, the rubber does not flow to the non-slip member 2 to solve a problem that the spike S is fixed on a rubber chain on a slant.

The inner side connection fixture 1 is provided with an elastic pawl capable of being engaged with the inserted connection fixture 5 within the box. The elastic pawl can be disengaged from the connection fixture 5 with a push-in operating piece 15 pushed in.

摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive the promotion of lightweightiness in an antislipper, a reduction in cost and improvements in productivity by eliminating such troublesome, heavy operations as engaging a tense rope with an engaging device as in the past, and dispensing with the engaging device and the tense rope and so on, because when an antislipper body being in a state of being stretched is wound on a tire and its temperature goes up, the antislipper body returns to contractedness stored so far, whereby it is able to adhere close to the tire. CONSTITUTION:An antislipper body to be wound on the circumferential surface of a tire is made up of a shape memory resin composition, and thereby it stores a shape of contractedness capable of compressing the tire circumferential surface. Before being attached to the tire, it is elongatedness being larger than the tire circumferential surface, but its temperature goes up to a range of 30 to 80 deg.C, whereby it returns to the contractedness stored in memory.
