摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a decorative effect of a surface decorative sheet by constituting a resin film layer containing no organic solvent adhered to a resin coating layer by a urethane reaction to have a part having different gloss on its surface, a rugged part or the rugged part and a part having different gloss. SOLUTION: The surface decorative sheet 10 is constituted by sequentially laminating a print layer 14, a resin coating layer 16 containing no organic solvent and a resin film layer 40 adhered to the layer 16 by means of a urethane reaction and containing no organic solvent on a print base material 12. Further, the layer 40 has a glossy part 181 having much gloss and a mat surface 182 having a lack of gloss on its surface. The material 12 is constituted of paper, a plastic film, metal foil, nonwoven fabric or synthetic paper, and the layer 16 is constituted of a thermoplastic resin or the like containing an OH group such as a vinyl chloride, a butyral or the like. The layer 40 is constituted of a polyol type urethane paint blended so that an NCO group becomes excessive at an OH/NCO molar ratio.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly stick the image to a product by feeding a strip-like carrier coated with a transfer agent, printing patterns and marks to be attached to this carrier by a heat-resistant toner, and transferring the printed toner image to a glass or ceramic product corresponding thereto. SOLUTION: A strip paper or a strip foil 3 as a strip carrier which is coated with a transfer agent including gum arabic and a heat wax is uncoiled from a feed roll 1 and fed to an electrophotographic printing device 2. A film formed of a special toner, more preferably, a ceramic toner or a thermally appropriate toner is stuck to a surface of the carrier in a mode of patterns and/or marks to be stuck, and the part of the carrier surface with the toner fed thereto is fixed by the heat in the mode of the infrared ray. Then, a heat stamp 4 is lowered to transfer the patterns and/or marks to the specified part for transfer on a glass, glass-ceramic or ceramic product 5.

SOLUTION: A marking film (having a base material portion 2 and an adhesive layer 6) having a material of excellent elongation properties such as a vinyl chloride or the like is impregnated with a large quantity of a connecting agent made of ink exhibiting much flexibility after drying from its front surface side to form a connecting reinforcing layer 3. The agent becomes a solvent bonding state to the portion 2 of the film so that overall elongation properties can be remarkably enhanced.

A transfer sheet B is manufactured by passing a long sheet member through an image forming portion 2 or the like by a sheet conveying mechanism 1, winding and recovering the member.
