    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glued laminated bamboo material which is easily deflected and corrected during installing it even when it is warped back and displays heat insulating and soundproofing effects due to a still air layer existing in a slotted strip by forming long slotted strips side by side on the second surface of a platelike laminated material obtained by shred ding bamboos longitudinally and bonding the slender bamboo materials with a widthwise long rectangular cross section in parallel. SOLUTION: Slender bamboo materials 1 with a widthwise long rectangular cross section which are obtained by shredding bamboos longitudinally are bonded together side by side to form a platelike laminated bamboo material 2 having long slotted strips 3 formed side by side at a specified interval on the second surface of the material 2. In order to make almost uniform a warp caused by a year-long time change in the quality of the laminated bamboo material 2 or its forward/backward bending strength, the first and the second surface of the mutually adjacent bamboo materials 1 are reversed and the upper and the lower part thereof are reversed and bonded together side by side as the upper part of the bamboo is narrow and this-walled. The laminated bamboo material 2 is easily deflected on account of the slotted strips 3 formed on the second surface of the material 2. The laminate of the bamboo materials 2 is tensely installed on the foundation surface of a floor or a wall to form a floor or a wall surface. Consequently, it is possible to easily correct a warp during installing and upgrade heat insulating or soundproofing effects by a still air layer in the slotted strips 3 after the laminated is tensely installed on the floor or the wall material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a blade of a bamboo blind capable of manufacturing blades each having a strength in a mass production. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a blade of a bamboo blind comprises the steps of flatly correcting an upper surface and a lower surface of a bamboo piece obtained from a raw bamboo, simultaneously removing an inside part and an outside part of the piece, advancing corrosionproofing and mothproofing treatments, drying and then connecting the pieces longitudinally, cutting the pieces in a necessary size, dividing the connected bamboo plates to a suitable thickness by a dividing machine to obtain a blade original piece, advancing atmospheric pressure sandblasting and both-side sandblasting of the original piece to a necessary size, further advancing mildewproofing and base coating the piece, further advancing sandblasting, surface coating, providing punched holes, and advancing assembling to obtain a complete product.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof truss of a large span using bamboo without requiring skilful workers for bamboo work. SOLUTION: A thin plate 12 of a smaller thickness than a diameter of a bamboo material 4 is used in a bamboo material junction structure 8. At the end part of the bamboo material 4 to be jointed, an end-opened groove 14 extended in the longitudinal direction of the bamboo material 4 is formed. At a lower part of the thin plate 12, the grooves 14 at the end of the two bamboo materials 4 horizontally extended are fitted, the end parts of the bamboo materials 4 are abutted to each other on the thin plate 12, and the grooves 14 at the end parts of the two bamboo material 4 extended laterally and diagonally are fitted to abut on the upper surfaces of the respective bamboo materials 4 extended horizontally. Plural positions of the bamboo materials 4 having an interval from each other in the longitudinal direction are fastened to the thin plate 12 by cords 20 inserted to cord insertion holes 16, and the fitted parts of the grooves 14 are bonded to the thin plate 12 by an adhesive 12 along its whole length.
