    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel plate manufacturing method for estimating the deformation attributable to residual stresses in a steel plate or controlling the deformation within a predetermined allowable range after the cutting when the steel plate is cut by using laser beam or gas by a user.
