摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject conveyor simple in structure, no needing its maintenance, improved in operability and workability, so designed that the bottom of a conveyance channel is supported so as to be restorably tiltable automatically at the end adjacent to a pickup drum. SOLUTION: This conveyor has a drum 5 to pick up harvests and a conveyance channel 6 succeeding to the drum 5 and communicating with a baler compression chamber 1, and so designed that the upper part of the channel 6 is partitioned by a conveyance rotor 7 and the lower part by the bottom 10 of the channel 6. The bottom 10 works so as to retreat against the action of a spring element 15 and squeeze harvests passed through by plural cutting knives 16. Besides, the bottom 10 of the conveyance channel 6 is supported so as to be restorably tiltable automatically at the end adjacent to the drum 5. It is preferable that the bottom 10 of the conveyance channel 6 is designed to automatically retreat downward under the pressure on harvests by the conveyance rotor 7 when a numerical value settable in advance begins to be exceeded by the action of spring force.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a roll baling press compact in full length in spite of the use of the cutting mechanism by preventing the problem of a scraping means by improving the stream of materials in the area of the material intake port. CONSTITUTION: This roll baling press has a conveying means to be driven and rotated in the same circumferential direction of squeeze elements 13, 15 and 16 between a pickup 4 and a material intake port 18. This conveying means is installed on a supply passage 28 while being fixed so as to be rotated above a supply passage bottom part 29 just before the material intake port 18, and composed of a conveyer roll 30 equipped with a rigid blade 33. A scraper grid is installed while being related to the blade 33, and the supply passage 28 is communicated to a squeeze chamber 14 almost at the height of the squeeze chamber bottom part.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect a roll baler from entangling pasture grass to the first upper roller by changing a shape of scrapers and (or) a function of the first upper roller. CONSTITUTION:A large number of scrapers 1 extending into a bale chamber are arranged between a drum 56 of a scrape up device and the first upper roller adjacent to over the drum in a way not to interfere with forks 57 during rotation, and continuous guiding surfaces are formed on guiding materials 2 attached to top ends of the scrapers, where lower ends 2d of the scrapers are arranged in close vicinity of a side periphery of the drum below the horizontal position and the surfaces extend toward the first upper roller adjacent to above and behind of the drum and approach to an outer surface almost under the roller, then top ends 2u extend toward the bale chamber in suitable lengths. Further, the first upper roller of the drum of the scrape up device is made not to be driven by releasing a connected drive with other rollers and is made to be freely rotatable.
