    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact key switch capable of giving an excellent feeling of clicking with a simple structure.
      SOLUTION: A key top 10, and a link assembly 20 provided with a link rotating shaft 26T at its end parts facing each other to rotate link members and composed of a first and second link members 21, 22 provided with fixed protrusions 29 on the outside surfaces, arm parts 24 connected to the outside end parts of the both link members, and an elastic body connected between the arms, are provided, and the assembly is connected to the lower surface of the key top. The link assembly makes a FPC 30 on a key board frame 40 provided on the lower part of the link member recognize the key action by a pressure applied to the key top, and pushes down the key top when the pressure is released. In other words, as the key top descends, the arm parts of the both link members rotate downward with the link rotating shaft as a center and the link rotating shaft ascends by force applied to the fixed protrusions, and the elastic body is widened, linearized and bent like a mound to provide the feeling of clicking, and to give restoring force to the link members.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a micro switch and provide a sufficient stroke as a switch without increasing the height by installing a plunger in a support cylinder and driving a switching mechanism following the movement of the plunger. SOLUTION: A plunger 6 is fixed in the back side center part of a button 5 and the plunger 6 is inserted in a plunger tube 7 from the upper side in a manner that the plunger can slide freely. The tube 7 is also inserted into a supporting cylinder 8 formed facing upward in the center part of a housing in a manner that the tube 7 can slide freely. In this case, a recessed part 1a is formed in the center part of the housing 1 and the supporting cylinder 8 is set uprightly in the recessed part 1a. A switching mechanism is installed in the recessed part 1a and a stroke spring 16 is so arranged as to surround the switch case 15 put on the switching mechanism and since its upper face is brought into contact with the back side of the button 5, the operational force which gives an operational feeling can be optionally set by changing the constants. Consequently, without heightening the height, a sufficient switch stroke can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with small setup and enable a general purpose machine such as a parts feeder, etc., to be used in parts supply process at the setup of the body, and facilitate the automation, by changing the mechanism conventionally composed of plural parts into that of one part. SOLUTION: This switch is equipped with a metal fitting comprising a mobile terminal and a spring part. Now, it external force adds through a button 6a in X direction to the spring, and its amounts to fix force or over, the cross section of the spring comes to be as shown in the figure 2a instantaneously, and at the same time, it is bent at the center as the figure 2b, and it pushes the mobile terminal for inversion. Conversely, if external force decreases, it turns into the state of figure 2c from the figure 2b instantaneously. This way, by changing the mechanism conventionally composed of three parts into that of one part, the small setup as conventional one becomes needles, and a general- purpose machine such as a parts feeder, etc., can be used in parts supply process at the setup of the body, and automation becomes easy.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a snap action type operation feel at low cost by pressing an overhanging and bent movable member by a pushbutton to be deformed by resiliency, and providing a step for guiding a movable contact at a forward end of the movable member from a fixed contact A to B to drop. CONSTITUTION:A movable member 6 comprising a spring plate material is supported in a case 1 in an overhanging condition, and a movable contact 6b is constantly in contact with a fixed contact 3a in a restoration attitude where a pushbutton 5 is pushed up. As the button 5 is pushed down, the whole body of the movable member 6 is deformed resiliently about the center of a base part. so a bent part 6a is deformed to be elongated in a -form, and the contact 6b slides along a contact guide surface (s) to be displaced. The contact 6b thus gets off the contact 3a to drop into a guide step (d), where operation force of the button 5 is changed from a linear increase into quick decrease to get it in contact with a fixed contact 4a. After this, as the contact 6b is in contact with the contact 4a, it slides to be displaced, and the operation force of the button 5 is increased again. Switch-on action can thus be recognized as an operation feel in simple structure and at low cost.
