摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick film resistive plate which is obtained by dividing a resistor into several resistive pieces in a widthwise direction, with the resistive pieces kept as wide as prescribed, and prevented from getting too small in film thickness as a whole. SOLUTION: A thick film resistive plate 10 is composed of a conductor pattern 20 which includes a plurality of separate stationary electrodes 21 printed on an insulating board 11, and formed into a parallel circuit 22 and resistors 30 which have each a prescribed width W and are printed on the conductor pattern 20 so as to connect the stationary electrodes 21 together. The resistor 30 is composed of split resistors 31 and 32 which are obtained by splitting the resistor 30 in a widthwise direction. Provided that the widths of the split resistors 31 and 32 are represented by W1 and W2, W1 and W2 are so set as to satisfy a formula, W1+W2=W. By this setup, the split resistors 31 and 32 can be increased in thickness when printing is performed, and moreover the resistors 31 and 32 are increased in cross section and made to have each a necessary resistance.
