Thereby, the gas which permeates through the resin liner 2 is prevented from retaining between the fiber reinforced material 3 the resin liner 2 and some cracks due to the retenting gas are prevented from occurring on the fiber reinforced material 3, and the retenting gas is prevented from being ejected at a blast from the cracks to prevent ejecting sound generation.

A container with a surface coated with a polymer for inhibiting noble gas trapping and nuclear spin relaxation is also provided. In addition, this invention provides methods for enhancing the production and storage of a hyperpolarized noble gas by decreasing nuclear spin relaxation and limiting the trapping of the noble gas in a polymeric coating of the apparatus containing the noble gas.
