    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fuel smoothly flow from a constant pressure chamber to a fuel supply pipe even when an engine is running by continuous accelerating and decelerating operations. SOLUTION: A throttle valve 25 having a throttle hole 26 is rotateably and elevateably inserted into a valve chamber 24 arranged so as to be perpendicular to an intake passage 28 of a carburetor body 21. A needle 2 supported by the throttle valve 25 is inserted into a fuel supply pipe 3 projecting from a constant pressure fuel chamber 43 located at a bottom portion of the carburetor body 21 toward the throttle hole 26. An intake air volume of the intake passage 28 is adjusted by turning the throttle valve 25. Fuel quantity from the fuel supply pipe 3 is adjusted by vertically moving the throttle valve 25. An accelerating pump 31 is structured by inserting a plunger 32 into a cylinder 29 arranged perpendicular to the valve chamber 24 of the carburetor body 21. The plunger 32 engages with a cam groove 61 on an external peripheral surface of the throttle valve 25 by a spring. A fuel inlet and outlet fuel inlet and outlet port of the cylinder 29 is communicated with a passage connecting the constant pressure fuel chamber 43 to a fuel injecting hole 3a at a downstream position from a check valve 4 and at an upstream position from a fuel jet 37.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let the suction gas flow approximately uniformly over the whole section of passage of the throttle hole by eliminating turbulence of the suction gas flowing in a throttling hole of a rotary throttle valve. SOLUTION: A suction passage 16 penetrating transversely the body 15 of a carburettor is furnished with a cylindrical valve chest 57 which interscts the suction passage 16 perpendicularly, and in the valve chest 57, a rotary throttle valve 47 having a throttling hole 47b is fitted rotatably and with possibility of elevating and sinking. A needle 55 supported by the rotary throttle valve 47 is fitted in a fuel supply pipe 56 protruding from a constant pressure fuel chamber 25 into the throttling hole 47b. The degree of opening of this hole 47b is adjusted by rotating the valve 47 while the degree of opening of a fuel jet 56a in the fuel supply pipe 56 is adjusted by elevating and sinking the valve 47. The carburettor body 15 is furnished with idling passages 73 and 74 in the transverse direction penetrating the valve chest 57, and the outer end of the passage 73 is connected with another passage 71 opening in the side wall at the inlet of the suction passage 16. The outer end of the passage 74 is connected with a passage 76 opening in the side wall at the outlet of the suction passage 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference of pressure (negative pressure) from a two-cycle internal combustion engine acting on a rotary fuel control valve and a rotary air control valve within a carburetor. SOLUTION: An intake passage 12 and an air passage 14 are built in parallel each other in a carburetor body 10. A cylindrical part 16 crossing vertically the intake passage 12 and another cylindrical part 18 crossing vertically the air passage 14 are formed in respective communication with a common axis. A rotary fuel control valve 20 to control a fuel amount in the intake passage 12 and a rotary air control valve 22 to control an air amount in the air passage 14 are formed integrally coaxially. In the cylindrical part 16 the rotary fuel control valve 20 is fitted rotatably and movably along an axial direction and in the cylindrical part 18 the rotary air control valve 22 is fitted rotatably and movably along the axial direction. Between the circumference of the rotary air control valve 22 and the cylindrical part 18 a lip seal 80 is interposed to retain the air tightness between the intake passage 12 and the air passage 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for interlocking a needle with the rotation of a throttle valve and fine adjusting the vertical direction with a simple structure, in a rotary throttle valve-type carburetor in which a throttle valve chamber is provided perpendicular to an intake passage perforating through a carburetor main body, a throttle valve having a throttle hole facing the intake passage is rotatably arranged, and a fuel control means for controlling the fuel injection amount by the rotation of a needle is provided on the overlapped part of the fuel nozzle and the needle. SOLUTION: An adjusting screw 18 is screwed to the upper part of a throttle valve 6, so as to deviate from the rotational center of the throttle valve, and an adjusting screw 18 is engaged in the deviated position of the upper surface of a needle head part 16. Therefore, the rotation of a needle 15 is prevented and interlocked with the rotation of the throttle valve, and the needle 15 can be vertically and finely adjusted by the rotation of the adjusting screw 18.
