The 1st lift assembly 30a is elevated as soon as the whole products in the 1st path A approach the stop. Then, while the products are forward moved, the products can be rolled down from the adjacent part of a slope R to the first notch of the cooling bed. When the 1st path A is vacated, the 1st lift assembly 30a is lowered, the 2nd lift assembly 30b is elevated at the proper point of time and the products in the side groove 32b can be traversely moved on the slope R toward the cooling bed. The whole of each product is supported by the slope R during the cooling bed is traversely moved, so the twist is prevented.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a ketone compound in high yield by reacting aromatic or aromatic/aliphatic carboxylic acid and acetic acid by using a catalyst composition containing one of oxides of Si, Ti, Zr and Al and one of oxides of Th and U.
      CONSTITUTION: At least one of oxides of Si, Zi, Ar and Al and at least one of oxides of Th and U are contained to obtain a catalyst composition for preparing a ketone compound through the reaction of aromatic or aromatic/ aliphatic carboxylic acid and acetic acid. In the presence of this catalyst composition, aromatic or aromatic/aliphatic carboxylic acid and acetic acid are held in a mixing mole ratio of 1:1W3 and inert gas is mixed in both components so as to adjust the molar fraction of aromatic or aromatic/aliphatic carboxylic acid to 0.005W0.2 to react aromatic or aromatic/aliphatic carboxylic acid and acetic acid in a vapor phase. As a result, an aromatic or an aromatic/aliphatic ketone compound is obtained in high yield and the amount to be used of acetic acid can be reduced while a reaction temp. may be also brought to 400°C or less.
