    • PURPOSE:To allow an air shooter element to be taken out automatically by forming a feeding chute for air shooter elements and a reception port below the sluice valve arranged at the bottom of a vertical end pipe and feeding the air shooter elements to the reception port by means of the air blast from only the transmission side. CONSTITUTION:When an air shooter element c is thrown-in from a cylinder port 19 and reaches a movable reception port 20, an advance-retreat driving apparatus 21 operates through a starting contact 26, and the movable reception port 20 is positioned just under a vertical end pipe 2 through a stopper 27. A ball valve 16 is allowed to communicate to the vertical end pipe 2 in a driving mechanism 17, and an operation valve 22a and the exhaust valve 3 on the transmission side are opened, and the air shooter element c is air-shooted by means of an air pressure source 23. When the air shooter element c reaches the position of a branch pipe 6' on the upper part of the vertical end pipe 2', blasting is stopped through an arrival contact 7', and speed is decelerated by the air cushion action due to a ball valve 16', and the ball valve 16' is allowed to pass away with a low speed and fall down slowly to a reception port 5'. Also reverse transmission is enabled in the same way.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a pneumatic carrier controlling system, in which at least one of a plurality of cylinders connected operatively to respective valves is associated with a positioner and a three- way valve, and electromagnetic valves are connected to the three-way valve via respective pressure-reducing valves having different set pressures, thereby automatically controlling the travelling speed of pneumatic carrier. CONSTITUTION:Valves 5, 6 and swing valve 7 are connected respectively to drive cylinders 13, 14, 15 operated to open and close the respective valves, and electromagnetic valves SOL1, SOL4 are connected respectively to cylinders 13, 15. Cylinder 14, on the other hand, is connected to positioner 16 for causing a displacement corresponding to a signal pressure, and a three-way valve 17 is connected to the input portion of the positioner 16. Electromagnetic valves SOL2, SOL3 are in turn connected to the input side of the three-way valve 17 via respective pressure- reducing valves 18, 19 having different set pressures. With such an arrangement, when pneumatic carrier 2 comes into abutment with buffer means 11 in traverser 8 and is stopped, limit switch 12 is set into operation and all of the electromagnetic valves are de-energized, whereby speed of the carrier 2 is decelerated to such an extent as may not affect transportation of the same.
