摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cracking and reduce the weight by comprising a vertical deflection preventing structure having a plurality of side longitudinals extending through a horizontal beam in a position upper than the top side stringer in the shell plating upper position of a chip ship and a horizontal deflection preventing structure having a deflection preventing material on the shell plating. SOLUTION: Instead of a plurality of buckling preventing carlings in the past, a plurality of longitudinals 5 of vertical connecting structure is arranged in an upper position through a horizontal beam 3 in parallel to a vertical beam 4 to the depth position of the upper part of about 10-20% to the whole hull depth without providing a rib between the top vertical beam 4 and a deck 6. The longitudinals 5 of vertical connecting structure are constituted as the whole in a continuous structure extending through the vertical beams 4. Accordingly, since the strength to hogging and sagging moments in the upper position can be improved, and the discontinuous part in the middle can be eliminated, the cracking in the middle can be prevented.

According to this, the right hull part 12 is horizontally moved through a guide member by normally and reversely rotating the winch 3, and the earth and sand put on the loading part of the left hull part 11 are fallen and dropped while being raked by the raking tool 2.
