    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress control force of a shift lever from being out of a target value. SOLUTION: In a shift lever device 10, when the shift lever 18 is operated from a C position to an N position, a pusher 24 is slid in a select sliding region 38A of a clicking portion 36 by energizing force. An anchor 46 is formed, at a position in the entire range of the select sliding region 38A of the clicking portion 36, by entering a secondary resin 42 to the entire inside of a through hole 44 of a primary resin 40. Thus, when the secondary resin 42 is formed, the generation of the embossing of the secondary resin 42 from the primary resin 40 can be suppressed. Accordingly, when the shift lever 18 is operated from the C position to the N position, the deformation movement of the secondary resin 42 to the primary-resin 40 side by the urging force from the pusher 24 is prevented, the reduction in the urging force applied to the shift lever 18 is prevented, and the control force of the shift lever 18 is prevented from being out of a target value.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift operation device of an automatic transmission, improving a shift operability by simplifying a shift action step of an arm part integral with a shift member in gear change. SOLUTION: This device is provided with: a shift member 55 in which a shaft member 50 and arm shafts 51 projecting from the member 50 are formed; and a shift rail member 40 in which shift fork parts 20-23 and a shift lug member 401 are formed by a shaft part directed to a shift direction sf. In this device, the arm part presses the selected shift lug member, and therefore, the shift action is done by the shift fork parts 20-23 interlinked via the shift lug member and the shaft part. A shift lug member 401 is formed like a column, and a pair of the arm parts 51 are projected from the shaft member 50 selectively movable without interfering with any shift lug member at a neutral position ns, and a pair of the arm parts 51 is selectively moved after reaching the neutral position.
