SOLUTION: This microwave oven comprises the humidity sensor and a cooking chamber. The microwave oven sets the cooking conditions for food or drink (100), measures the air state in the cooking chamber by using the humidity sensor while the food or drink is cooked under the set cooking conditions, and sets a sampling zone for accumulating humidity values measured by the humidity sensor. The accumulated humidity values obtained by accumulating the humidity values measured in the set sampling zone is compared with a set value (160, 170). By the results of the comparison, the microwave oven is controlled to complete the cooking operation under the set cooking conditions (180).

摘要： PURPOSE: To enable to automatically set the condition of cooking operation according to the menu selected, as well as to increase the number of cooking menu to be displayed and to facilitate selection of the menu, by using a cooking menu displayer of a leaf type, consisting of a number of cooking menu display cards.
CONSTITUTION: A cooking menu displayer 14 of a leaf type is arranged to a display window 13 provided to the panel 11 of a cooker. The said displayer 14 is composed of a number of display cards 15 on which cooking menu are described, being provided rockably around a rotary member 16, and is pivoted by a step motor 20 by the intermediary of gears 19a and 19b. In case of an automatic cooking, first, a cooking function display card 15a is displayed to a display window 13, and according to the description on the card, a selection key for cooking to the object to be cooked (for instance 0 for fish) is depressed, and then a starting button 34 is depressed, too. By this operation, a step motor 20 is rotated, a card corresponding to a cooking selected is brought to a display window 13, each operation key 12 is operated according to the contents displayed, and a cooking is started after these arrangements.
