    • PURPOSE:To simply fix arc-like blades by separately providing multiple holes in the radial direction of a small disk and bending by pressure the proximity section between a hole near the center and a recessed section. CONSTITUTION:Two holes 10, 11 in proximity on the arc-like inner periphery are provided at the base and far side of angular lugs of a small disk 1, the diameter phi1 of the hole 10 is made larger than the diameter phi2 of the hole 11, or the distance d2 between the hole 11 and the inner periphery of an angular lug is made larger than the distance d1 between the hole 10 and the inner periphery, two portions with weak rigidity are provided around the hole 10 and hole 11, and the rigidity around the hole 10 is made weaker than that at the far side. When a blade 2 is inserted into a groove 7 and a pressure is applied in an arrow direction from outside an angular lug 5, it is first bent near the hole 10 and the hole 10 is deformed like a hole 10', and an upheaval section 12 is formed on the inner periphery portion of the angular lug to press the base portion of the blade 2. When a pressure is further applied to the angular lug, the portion near the hole 11 is also deformed like a hole 11', an upheaval section 13 is protruded to the inside arc-like portion to press the outside portion of the blade 2, thus the blade 2 is completely fixed by the upheaval sections 12, 13.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive sharp reduction of manufacturing cost in such a way that an impeller is formed by means of a mold using inexpensive resin in which silicate for alleviating heat strain is mixed in its proper rate and, ring-shaped ribs of the impeller are formed by means of a mold integrally with blades. CONSTITUTION:At the same time as mold formation is done by using inexpensive resin which is made by mixing calcium silicate in approximately 20% of weight ratio for alleviating heat strain in polypropylene in which denatured polymer and copolymer are mixed almost in the same rate, which has larger heat strain than polycabonate does, in the contrivance to form a plurality of blades which stretches in the axial direction on the identical circumferential plane, ring-shaped ribs 2, 4 which surround the outer periphery of said blades at the intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of blades 1 are integrally formed with the blades 1 by means of a mold. Thus, the fan's cost can be sharply reduced by using more inexpensive resin than polycarbonate.
