摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide strainer wall structure, a filtering method using the strainer wall structure, and a method for manufacturing the strainer wall structure.SOLUTION: The strainer wall structure 10 includes at least one inlet side 30 in which cooling water flows, and a discharge side from which the filtered cooling water is discharged. The strainer wall structure 10 includes: a body of which the inlet side direction is formed of an opened part, the side face is formed of a closed surface, and which has the discharge port 140 to one side face of the closed surface; a filtering screen inserted into the opened part, and formed by a perforated board having a plurality of filtering holes 20; and a module type cassette device inserted into the body, constituted of first filtering boards 300 and second filtering boards 400, and forming lattice structure constituted by vertically assembling the plurality of second filtering boards with respect to the plurality of first filtering boards arranged in one direction. The first filtering board 300 has a plurality of first grooves formed by cutting-out, and is formed by folding the perforated board. The second filtering board 400 has a plurality of second grooves held between the first grooves and formed by cutting-out, and is formed by folding the perforated board.

摘要： A new non-woven depth filter cartridge is formed by insertion of a core into filter mass formed in a continuous process. A mass of very fine diameter polymer filaments is overlaid by mass of larger diameter polymer filaments. The filaments are continuously accumulated on a spinning mandrel and advanced along and off of the mandrel by a press roller. An inner cylindrical surface of the cumulative filament mass forming the depth filter element is calendered, which facilitates insertion of a core member.

摘要： A filter assembly includes a replaceable filter element disposed within a filter housing. The housing includes a removable cover, and a fitting including an internal central conduit extending along the central axis of the housing. The central conduit is bisected along its length and has a pair of flow channels connected to a pair of ports in the fitting. Another port is provided in the fitting and a still further port is provided in the housing. The filter element includes a first circular imperforate end cap, and a second annular imperforate end cap dimensioned to receive the central conduit. First and second filter media loops are supported between the first and second end caps. An imperforate cylindrical wall is radially disposed between the first and second filter media loops. Annular seals are provided around the opening in the second end cap, at the inner end of the first filter media loop, and at the inner end of the cylindrical wall. The seals provide a fluid seal against the central conduit when the filter element is installed in the housing to fluidly separate two flow paths through the housing.
