摘要： The invention relates to a compact rectifying unit for separation of mixed fluids using for heat transfer purpose a fluid heat carrier and its vapours on one of the sides of heat and mass exchanging walls. In order to increase the efficiency of the heat and mass exchange process, the heat and mass exchange tubes of the rectifying part and/or of the evaporator part have means to provide irregular/varying amounts of heat transfer between the inside and the outside of tube wall along the height of the heat and mass exchange tubes. This allows for a reduction in the rectification column height by 3-10 times.

A cooling jacket (15) chills a peripheral wall of an outer shell (14) adjacent the holes such that the discharged water droplets condense on the outer shell and flow down a reject water return path to a reject water reservoir at the bottom of the outer shell.

摘要： PURPOSE:To concentrate sulfuric acid as starting material with high thermal efficiency in a high yield by allowing steam generated in each heating tube to whirlingly rise along the inner wall of the tube dropping the sulfuric acid in the form of a thin film. CONSTITUTION:A columnar body 13 provided with a spiral vane 12 on the outside is put in each upright heating tube 3 in a heating furnace 1 while leaving a slight gap 19 between the tip of the vane 12 and the inside of the tube 3 to form a spiral path 11 through which generated steam rises whirlingly. Sulfuric acid as starting material introduced through a pipe 7 and a dispersion pipe 5 is fed to the tube 3 through a circular slit 6 and flows downward along the inside of the tube 3 in the form of a thin film. During this time, the acid is heated with combustion gas in the furnace 1 to evaporate water, and concd. sulfuric acid is recovered in a storage tank 2 through the bottom notch 4 of the tube 3. On the other hand, generated steam rises whirlingly through the path 11 and is discharged from a steam header 10 through the inner pipe 5d of the pipe 5 and a steam duct 9.
