摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee having a high utility as a firm levee generating no rip to replace a bank-type levee generating a rip due to an earth collapse and also as a super-levee resistible to a disaster and usable for a road construction, various site buildings or the like.
SOLUTION: A levee bedrock for an earthquake-resisting water-storage levee configures a base isolation, earthquake resistance and liquefying-preventing bedrock by combining a plurality of techniques such as an inundation preventive wall under the levee, a base-isolation panel connected to a pile and a base-isolation bedrock, a sliding-surface sliding structure using clay, silt or gel, a groundwater-removing liquefying-preventive technique by a decompression culvert, or the like. Groundwater collection for preventing a liquefaction is combined with clean water storage having a river underground as a huge filter layer for the water, while forming a circuit path for the water in the levee and injecting and circulating nano-bubble water, so as to prevent decomposition of the water, and thus has a function as a facility for always supplying water with high functionality.
