    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent solid detergent having excellent transparency and sufficient performance in all of quick foaming property, durability of foam, formability and resistance to dissolution collapse.
      SOLUTION: The transparent solid detergent contains 0.001-5 wt.% component (a), 20-50 wt.% component (b) and 5-45 wt.% component (c). The component (a) is a copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000-2,000,000 and produced by polymerizing a monomer expressed by general formula [1] (R

      4 are each independently H or a 1-8C alkyl; and n is an integer of 2-4) and a cationic monomer other than the above monomer at a molar ratio of 50/50 to 95/5, the component (b) is a mixture of fatty acid salts derived from at least one kind of fatty acid selected from 8-22C fatty acids, an alkali metal and a basic amino acid wherein the molar ratio of the alkali metal to the basic amino acid is 9/1 to 5/5, and the component (c) is a 1-4C monohydric alcohol and/or a 2-8C water-soluble polyhydric alcohol.
