    • PURPOSE:To install an insert-allowance accurately in a thin member with a simple device by setting put an inside die at the backside, compressing and deforming the central part of a setting objective part in pressing the tip of a pressing rod from the surface side and, after deforming the outer circumference and projecting it to the surface side, piercing it through by means of punching. CONSTITUTION:An inside die 2 is set up at the backside of a setting objective part of a thin wall member 1, pressing the surface side of this setting objective part with a circular part 4 of a pressing rod 3, and a central part of the setting objective part is compressed and deformed, while an outer circumference of this compressed-deformed part 5 is deformed and projected to the surface side, thereby forming a ring projection 6. Then, a punching die 12 is set up on the backside of the setting objective part, and the compressed-deformed part 5 on an inner circumference of the ring projection 6 is punched out, piercing a mounting port 11 through the compressed-deformed part 5, and an insert-allowance 14 is installed in the thin-wall member 1. Thus, even in the solid-form thin-wall member 1 such as a small diametral pipe or the like where an operating space is not taken on the backside, not to mention the platelike thin-wall member 1, the insert-allowance 14 is made installable by a simple and small device by adding external force from the surface side of the thin-wall member 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high drawing-proof strength by providing a locking part on an outer peripheral part at a tip of a cylindrical wall surrounding a flow hole provided on a counter member, providing a cylinder part provided with a seal ring on the outer periphery of a connector main body and an outer cylinder part and forming a repulsive wall engaged to a locking part of the counter member. SOLUTION: When a small diameter piping is connected with an oil supply tank 12, a cylinder part 2A of a connector body 1A is inserted and fixed into/to a flow hole 13 provided on the oil supply tank 12 and is connected. In the connector body 1A, an elastic seal ring member 10 is externally fitted into the cylinder part 2A and a fall-off prevention ring 11 is fixed to an opening part of the cylinder part 2A to prevent detachment of the seal ring member 10. In an outer cylinder part 3A, a socket body 6 having a repulsive wall 7 in which a bent part to the outside is made a pawl wall 8 and is energized inward and a projecting wall 9 extending from an outer tip part of the repulsive wall 7 is formed in a notched window 5 part provided at an opposed portion of the peripheral wall. On the outer peripheral part at a tip of a cylinder wall 14 surrounding the flow hole 13, a locking part 15 is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent corrosion resistance and to facilitate manufacture without deteriorating a chipping resistant property and a splash resistant property on an outer peripheral surface roughly along overall length of a metallic pipe by covering an exposed part where a thick film type resin layer does not exist and piping parts such as an end metal fitting, a quick connector, etc., are not positioned with a protective member. SOLUTION: It is constituted by providing a resin tube 5 so that one end part straddles over a resin layer 4 and the other end part makes roughly contact with a rear end part of a piping part assembled on a pipe end part on a metallic pipe 3 having a chipping resistant property along roughly overall length of its outer peripheral surface and having the thick film type resin layer free to extrusion mold except at least the pipe end part corresponding to a working flap required for terminal working. Additionally, the resin tube 5 has thermal contractive property or a rubber tube. Additionally, a recessed part 7 which is larger in diameter than an outside diameter of an end part on the side of the piping part of the resin tube 5 and extending in the shaft core direction is provided on the rear end part of the piping part.
