摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of constructing work by carrying a hollow block whose external form is a polyhedron made of assembled frames onto a work floor by a carrier, and joining every hollow block using a joining device which can freely move on a plane of the work floor. CONSTITUTION:Several steel frames 2 being square in an external form are assembled to form a hollow block being cubic in an external form, and the hollow block is welded using an assembling robot 4 to assemble it into a block 1. A weight lifting device 9 raises or lowers a base 11 as it holds a provisional pillar 10. A block holder 16 holds the block 1, and a hoist crane 15 is then moved along a track 14 to carry the block 1 onto a work floor, and a joining device 21 fixed to a gate type crane 20 joins every block 1 to a structure S. The device 21 is horizontally fixed to a travel part 24 through a rotary motor 28 and a flexible arm 29, and further provided with a rivet feeder, a movable air gun to mutually fasten the adjacent blocks 1 with ribets 32 for joining them.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the construction period of the skeleton of a building by forming the ends of a plate-like floor member externally so that they are capable of bending, and coupling a plurality of floor members with coupling members having at least a length for one floor of the building so that they are capable of loading and unloading up and down. CONSTITUTION:Concrete is placed on the surface of a steel plate 15 to from a floor member 16, the ends 15a of the steel plate 15 are exposed out of the concrete and, at the same time, they are so formed that they are capable of bending. A plurality of floor members 16 are coupled with steel framed columns (coupling members) 17 having at least a length for one floor of a building so the they are capable of loading and unloading up and down to form a floor board unit 10. After that, precast-concrete panels 18 provided on the surfaces of the steel plates 15 are coupled with each other through reinforcing materials 27. Then, the ends 15a of the floor members 16 and 16 are kept in a state of bending of set them on beams 2 by a lifting machine, and the ends 15a are spread to fix on the beams 2.

Also, the intersection part 6 of the longitudinal and horizontal trucks 3 and 4 is constituted within the same plane, and the trolley bodies 5 are so equipped with travel wheels 8 and transverse travel wheels 9 as to be freely engaged with or disengaged from the trucks 3 and 4. As a result, each of the trolley bodies 5 can be freely moved on both of the trucks 3 and 4.

And, a travel gear is connected thereto in order to be run on the floor surface where surface preparation is to be done, so that unmanned work can be carried out.
