摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a composition which can give a transparent polymeric material having a dielectric constatnt of 20 or above by adding triethylenetetramine or the like as a curing agent to diglycidylmono(cyanoethyl) glycerol. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises diglycidylmono(cyanoethyl)glycerol, triethylenetetramine or a modified aromatic amine as a curing agent and optionally tri(cyanoethyl)pentaerythritol as an agent for increasing dielectric constant. The above glycerol itself is a new epoxy resin and can be produced by, e.g. feeding glycerol diglycidyl ether and an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution into a reactor, reaction them with acrylonitrile, extracting the reaction product with methylene chloride, distilling the methylene chloride from the extract, and removing low-boiling products from the residue to leave the purpose compound in the form of a colorless transparent viscous liquid.

As the organic electron donator, a tetraciaphulbarne, a tetramethyl tetracelenephulbaren, vis and the like. Also, as the polyatomic phenol monomer, there are used a diatomic phenol such as a catechol, a resolcin and a hydroquinone, and a triatomic phenol such as pyrogarol and phloroglucine.

CONSTITUTION:This humidity sensor is constituted by forming the electrode layer 3 on one or both faces of the substrate 1 consisting of a material represented by ceramics, forming the ceramic moisture sensitive part 5 on the electrode layer 3 and further forming the acrylic resin film 7 as the moisture sensitive protective film on at least the moisture sensitive part 5. The performance deterioration of the moisture sensitive element is prevented and the cost of producing the moisture sensitive element is reduced by forming the sensor in the above-mentioned manner.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve accuracy and to obtain output stable for a long period of time by using a zirconia material as a moisture sensitive element. CONSTITUTION:The moisture sensitive element to be used for a humidity sensor RH is formed by compounding at least one kind among Y2O3, CaO and MgO powders as a linearity improving agent to ZrO2 powder. A sine wave signal generating circuit 1 generates a pseudo sine wave signal of a specified frequency to be impressed to the sensor RH. A peak holding circuit 3 rectifies the current of an AC signal passing the sensor RH and holds the peak value. The peak holding signal is logarithmically converted by a logarithmic conversion circuit 4. A temp. correction signal 5 which receives the signal after such logarithmic conversion corrects the change component of the characteristic thereof by the temp. change of the sensor RH and displays 9 the result thereof.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide clear switching characteristics to the title sensor, by providing an external shortcircuit circuit to a humidity-sensitive element in parallel and obtaining not only a resistance value with a definite level in a range lower than dew condensation detecting objective humidity but also an abruptly reduced resistance value in a range higher than said humidity. An external shortcircuit circuit III having a resistance value of 10 -10 OMEGA is connected to both elements I, II in parallel to constitute a dew condensation preventing sensor. Then, a resistance value with a definite level is obtained in a range of dew condensation detecting objective humidity or less by the external shortcircuit circuit III and an abruptly reduced resistance value is obtained in a range of said objective humidity or more by the humidity-sensitive elements I, II to provide switching characteristics. Therefore, stable operational characteristics not changed with the elapse of time and improved in reproducibility can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To compensate the poorness in the thermal pressure bonding (fusing) property to a case of a filter film itself, by preliminarily bonding the filter film to a mesh made of a material having good in the thermal pressure bonding (fusing) property with the case and using the same as a filter film with a mesh. CONSTITUTION:In a sensor wherein a humidity-sensitive element 1 is received in a case 7 having a filter window 8, a filter film 10 with a mesh formed by preliminarily bonding a filter film 10 to a mesh 12 comprising a material good in the thermal pressure bonding (fusing) property with the case 7 is mounted to a filter window frame by thermally bonding (fusing) the mesh 12 thereto under pressure. The material of the mesh 12 should be same to the constitutional material of the case 7 or have the good thermal pressure bonding (fusing) property with said case 7 and, for example, polypropylene or Teflon is used to the case made of polypropylene. The void size of the mesh 12 is set to about 30-250mum and the thickness thereof to 50-150mum. The filter film 10 is pref. formed of a chlorine-containing polymer such as chloroethylene and the thickness thereof is set to about 20-200mum and the void ratio thereof to about 35-85%.

摘要： PURPOSE:To achieve a lower resistance value by having In2O3 present at a moisture sensing section. CONSTITUTION:A very high performance moisture sensing element is obtained by being made of In2O3 or by containing more than 30wt% of In2O3. The mois ture sensing element combinable with In2O3 includes not only a ZrO2 based, Y2O3 based and ZrO2+Y2O3 based product but also CrO2, V6O3, Fe3O4, R11O2, ReO2, ReO3 and PbO2 indicating a low resistance 10 OMEGA or less at the normal temperature. Moreover, the element is subjected to a KOH dipping treatment or the KOH dipping treatment and an aging treatment by being exposed to a high and low humidity alternately to obtain a very stable characteristic. The moisture sensing element used is preferably made as thin film type that a moisture sensitive film is formed on a substrate. For example, an electrode cell 3 is formed on one or both surfaces of the substrate 1 and a moisture sensitive layer 5 is formed thereon.
